We recently signed up for pest control services, and so far I have been very impressed. The office staff has provided great communication, Daniel did an in-depth termite inspection for us, and Cris just completed our first service. He was very thorough in the services performed and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

I must acknowledge that I've never encountered such professionalism from a Pest Control company before. From my initial interaction with Adam, it was clear this was the right choice. He demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and extensive knowledge about pest control and his team's approach to handling issues. Adam took the time to explain every detail, ensuring I understood the services that would be provided. When Justin arrived the following day, he was punctual and ready to begin. He reviewed the plan with me, addressing any questions or concerns I had. His professionalism and thoroughness were evident as he inspected both the interior and exterior of our home. I also want to mention the team handling phone calls, whose names I don't recall, but they were equally professional and pleasant to engage with. It's impressive to see a company where everyone is committed to delivering high-value, attentive, and quality services to customers. We need more time to see if ant infestation in the house is resolved but he worked hard to deal with it and it’s better today. However, he left our gate open and our dog got out. Please always close every gate you open.

Terrible, they don't do their job, they can't even exterminate an ant, and they charge exorbitant prices.

Blake was fabulous while inspecting my house for termites and explaining the process. The termite guys were speedy and efficient. After the tent came down they even hung up my American flag I had taken down for the tenting. It is impossible to provide a complete evaluation immediately after a treatment. He seemed knowledgeable and pleasant. I'll know that he did a great job if my house is nolonger decorated like Halloween with spiders and spiderwebs. Regarding your question about cost -- compared to other such services, your contact cost is high, but the subject service was covered under contact and was therefore free. I would suggest that you send your survey 1-2 weeks after a service.

Daniel came promptly and did an inspection of the property and determined what action needed to be taken. He was very efficient and did an excellent job!
