Fantastic company to work with! Honest, on time, great quality work. Project Manager Paul Lang was a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly, keeps his appointments on time and is upfront about what he sees and recommends. We ended up with a three day project fixing long ignored problems in the attic from poor insulation and ventilation to pest intrusion and sanitation. The attic team was always on time, respectful, clean, and friendly. The project uncovered a problem with the electric wiring. Paul called in Mike, an expert in electric problems. We had a great experience with Attic Projects cleaning out and sanitizing our attic, rodent-proofing, and installing insulation. Our project manager Kevin and Foreman Jeremiah and his crew were respectful, thorough, hard working, and left our house cleaner than when they arrived. Their pricing was considerably lower than another quote we had received.

SHORT VERSION Requested rodent inspection from three businesses and Attic Projects was best fit. Attic Projects demonstrated one-of-a-kind “wow” factor. EPIC VERSION INITIAL VISIT Project Manager, Rick, made fantastic first and lasting impression sizing up overall project. He neither downplayed nor embellished and provided evidenced based pictures. He is knowledgeable about both home repair and rodent resolution. Exemplified great communication skills. SET UP On day-one Beto, Ryan, and Chris demonstrated unique teamwork, professionalism, courtesy, hard work ethic, and pleasant demeanor. They showed up ahead of time. It was obvious they had been briefed on scope of work. Their set-up was stellar preparing work area for insulation removal -- treating our home as if it were theirs. We worked remote, at home with little to no inconvenience. Beto invited and addressed all questions and concerns. Day-two Israel began rodent proofing -- above, below, and around – taking time to explain. Roman power-vacuumed and spray-sanitized attic. SANITATION Attic Projects offered hand spray sanitation and/or sanitation with disinfectant fogger in crawl space (understood not the dirt floor) and attic. None of the other businesses reviewed offered two-stage sanitation. One declined sanitation in crawl space disregarding pathways along pipes and such by which rodents navigate, leaving and following their scent. ELECTRICAL and QUALITY CONTROL -Day-three Attic Projects provided licensed electrician. Tyler was awesome, fast, and efficient. If needed, he repaired exposed wiring caused by rodents or degradation that presented fire damage or device failure. If needed, spliced cabling that had exposed wiring and enclosed in new junction box. He covered anew a couple of junction boxes. Tyler ensured all wire terminations were properly enclosed and protected from electrical shock. Where warranted, he cleaned up attic space using cable management methods to fasten cabling to ceiling joists. -Meanwhile, Govanny did quality control. He was exceptional; addressed our questions taking time to listen. Assured us there were no longer potential rodent access to attic from attached garage. We understood and respected beyond project purview was the area under the deck (or outside) and in the garage itself (since most homeowners occasionally leave doors open). Govanny went everywhere – attic, crawl space, perimeter, rooftop – not missing a thing. Govanni updated in detail about progress and explained meticulously what steps remained. -Both Govanny and Tyler were eager; they were attentive to their work. Each gave courtesy call ahead of arrival. They were enjoyable to talk with and clearly competent. INSULATION Maybe removing/installing insulation is determined by case. Half was old and “ratty” (pun intended), and above expansion was newer. Tough choice. For the sake of uniformity and sanitariness we did all. Final day Israel and Roman arrived early. Israel communicated strongly and confidently the “to-do” list; he was very professional. Meticulously sectioned living space, dust-free. Re-checked rodent proofing. They fogged attic and crawl space. Sealed every potential point of air leakage between attic and living space. Added baffles to attic vents. Installed can light cover. Installed insulation to appropriate depth per R Value. Maneuvered through attic making hard work seem easy. Together they made our home ... wait for it ...part of Israel and Roman history! PRICE and WARRANTY Attic Projects was most affordable for service, product, and warranty. No bait-and-switch (pun intended). Attic Projects provided 10-year warranty with replacement of damaged materials, and unlimited service calls concerning rodent issues for full 10 years. Attic Projects and homeowner goals aligned: “Do it Right, Do it Once.”

Our experience with Paul was fantastic! Prior to his arrival I received a detailed text from the company about his visit. He was friendly, professional and refreshingly honest. We feared an expensive prognosis and because we were not going to be able to climb up there to confirm issues he could’ve said anything. He inspected our attic and determined that there was no issue. He even triple checked some areas of concern at our request and assured us we wouldn’t need the major work we had feared. He provided practical tips along with a great sense of humor and only ask that we remember them if we ever do have an issue. No charge for the visit, nothing shady, just a true professional with integrity.

They do fast, clean and excellent work. The crew that did the crawl space beneath my house went above and beyond their work. They even removed some old cast iron very heavy pipes without being asked. Thank you! Very professional

Have a rat problem in the attic and crawl space. Scheduled inspection appointment with Attic Projects. Tony was the inspector. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed up precisely on time. Tony spent enough time to do his detailed and thorough inspection. He made his recommendation based on the inspection findings. Tony answered all the questions and he promptly send us full inspection report with photos attached about the findings. Few days later , per our request, Tony came back to our house to answer more questions that came up later, and to address one particular area in the house in more details. Again, he graciously accommodated our schedule. Tony was very responsive and approachable whenever we had to call or text him. Finally, we signed the contract after Tony arranged a discount for us. Kevin inspected our crawl space, took detailed pictures and explained the process of cleaning, sanitizing, and securing our crawl space to prevent future problems. We did not know what could cause our flooring issue and we contacted Attic Projects based on reviews. Paul did not disappoint. He came, maybe a day or 2 after contacting the company, and dressed up right away to crawl into our space. He did take pictures and some humidity measurements. He was not the suit and tie type of sales rep just talking your ear off. He explained what he saw and advised us to install a vapor barrier with some fans to decrease the level of humidity, after the crawl space would be treated with chemical to reclaim the wood. Price seemed reasonable. It was quickly scheduled and done in a good professional way. We also got the after pictures to have an idea of the completed job and rendering. Tony Lynch from Attic Projects was helpful in thoroughly inspecting my attic this morning. He will send me an email with photos with his findings. Feces and mice droppings were found in the insulation which he also said was installed backwards l He noted openings in which mice could travel throughout the 4 plex- supported my Vector inspection that showed the various ways rodents could enter attics. With Vector and this inspection I hooe HOA will follow their fings and secure HOA responsibility regard CA Civil Code 4775 regarding maintenance and repair of outside structural gaps allowing entry for rodent. We had very dusty work done on our new house and became concerned about our vents throwing it back out at us. We found attic projects and they did a free quote, we felt so comfortable with Paul and couldn’t have gone better. They fully upgraded our ducts and now they work better than ever!

We had a complicated rat infestation. Making it more complicated we have a parrot in our home and birds have very sensitive respiratory systems. I have worked with many companies as a Realtor in San Diego, Attic Projects is the best Ive experienced with rodent infestation. They removed the insulation, sanitized, trapped, closed off access and put in new insulation. They are very responsive, responsible, do an excellent job of keeping debris from penetrating the living space. The crews are knowledgeable and they guarantee their work for years! Wonderful! Rodents are a big deal and cause destruction of wiring and structure in a home plus the smell is awful. Shout out to 2 crew members Eduardo and Krystain for terrific work and Matt Watkins the project manager who pulled it together seamlessly keeping me updated on all the schedules and details.

Matt did a thorough inspection of my attic insulation, gave me an estimate within 15 minutes with photos, and answered all my questions. I am updating this review, from 5 to 2 stars. (See below after the original review) Our experience with Paul Lang from Attic Project was great. He was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable when it came to our crawl space issues. He took the time to thoroughly explain the problems, answer all of our questions, and recommend the best solutions without any pressure. His expertise and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the process. We truly appreciated his honesty, responsiveness, and commitment to making sure everything was addressed properly. UPDATE: However, after everything is done, it's quite difficult to get them to assist in any issues you will encounter. After the work was completed, they told us that they will send pictures of the completed work. These pictures will prove what have been done in our crawl space and we'll have documentation of it. Paul sent 3 pictures and mentioned that they will email the rest. We've asked so many times but nothing. We also have issues with the exhaust fans that were installed. I texted them and mentioned the problem but still no communication from their Office. We like working with Paul Lang, but if you encounter any issues and following up from the office is lacking. I just wanted everyone to be AWARE.

Even though I did not decide to move forward with attic, I did appreciate the fact that Matt came out and did his due diligence and presented his proposal. He laid out his solution and was thorough and professional. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects

My project manager, Matt, was really helpful in making sure I got what was needed for the attic and crawl space. For my attic, I had old insulation removed and replaced with new, plus sealing around any gaps in the ceiling. The whole crew was professional and made sure I was happy with everything. Really impressed with everyone!

Kevin, the Project Manager came out and gave me a thorough inspection of my crawl space.Afterward, he showed me the pictures of damage done by a rodent infestation and gave me an explanation of what Attic Project could do to solve the problem. The crew came a few days later and immediately went to work clearing out all of the insulation and thoroughly vacuumed and then sterilized the entire area under my home.They also made sure all of the points of entry were blocked.They were polite and hard working.
