I used another company for many, many years and their rates were skyrocketing. I couldn't afford it any longer. My neighbor recommended R&D and they have been great!! Issiah texts or calls to let me know he's coming so I don't let our dog out for a couple of hours. I also had some issues inside and I got a call back right away. They have been great to work with so far and very cost effective for regular service.

Manny is so nice and communicative, he always answers his phone and comes out between service if necessary. Their pricing is reasonable and pet friendly, I highly recommend.

I began to use this service by the recommendation of a friend a few years ago. I was having repeated infestations with ants yearly. I have been more than satisfied. When you call the office, the person helping you is patient, kind, and helpful. I once had an unusual outbreak of ants. They immediately got someone out to my home to address the problem within one day. The service guy, Dave, is professional, friendly, on time. He also is the kind of person that you can have a friendly conversation with. He even invited me to his home one Thanksgiving to celebrate with his family !!! I would recommend this service without question.

Dave has been taking care of our home for 5 years and I don't ever want to know what things would be like around here without him. I told him I didn't want the little sugar ants in my kitchen and the black widows out my door and since the first treatment I haven't had to worry about them. He makes me feel comfortable and safe with how he's protecting my house and I appreciate to no end how he's consoled my irrational concerns when I find the one off Jerusalem cricket or House centipede. As it turns out they are a normal part of our ecosystem and I don't have to move! Thank you Dave. Your attentiveness to my home is priceless!

they need to manage there drivers of there truck. out of control and in a rush. would I use this company yes. but the way the drivers act on the road what would think when they get to your house

I'm on a market for a pest company and came across this company via search. Went on their website filled out a contact form on Sunday and Monday came and nothing. I called them on Monday and spoke with some lady at the office and she said that my area technician will be calling me back at his next break. They must be really busy because 25 hours later he still didn't get his break and called me back. I'll stay away. Plenty of competition to go with. Thank you for letting me know how good you care for your costumers before I signed a contract.

We have used R&D Pest Services for over 15 years for our ant problem. We have the exterior of the house treated annually and it has always been effective and long lasting. Recently we had them at our home again for ants and Cezar, their technician, was absolutely wonderful. He was professional,, polite and very pleasant and did a thorough job. In fact, he went above and beyond. R&D has a great employee there and we will be requesting Cezar the next time we call them for an appointment.

Contacted this company to get rid of a rather impressive wasp nest inside our shed. The guy arrived when he said he would and did the necessary, with offer to do any required follow up free if the first spray didn’t do the job (it was a wet day). Contact was made via Facebook and communication via messenger. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Would recommend.

We have been using R&D pest for a few years now and can’t say enough good things about the service we receive. David always calls before coming to the house, to let me know when to expect him. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that our home is pest free and safe for my little kids. We had lots of widow spiders when we moved in and David took the time to talk me out of a frenzy over them before eradicating them. We sometimes get ants in the house in the summer, but with a phone call to R&D, they’re gone the next day and don’t return for that year. Thank you so much for your impeccable service!

We just had our first visit from R and D Pest Services and we’re super impressed. Our technician (Cezar) was professional, friendly, thorough, and really listened to our concerns about troubled areas on the property. Our main concern is spiders (of the not so nice variety). He sprayed all the areas we were worried about and then removed all spider webs. So happy to reclaim our outdoor space!! Great service and a pleasure to work with. Last thing to note, we called around 10am and they provided same day service at 2pm that day. There was no pressure to sign a contract (with service like theirs they don’t have to) and zero attempt to up-sell on anything. Couldn’t have gone smoother. Thank you!
