Precision environmental is a top notch company from the start to the finish. I couldn’t believe what they came in and took care of. They were cleaning up as they were leaving and even the house was just in shambles because of a water leak. They were still making sure everything was cleaned up and still looking good. I highly recommend them.

Adrian, Bryan and Jose were incredible. We had a flood and the contractor used our place to do all the work for 5 months. The place was filthy. When they left they did not clean. The insurance company sent out Precision Environmental and these three gentlemen were outstanding. If you ever have to work with this company, you will not be disappointed.

First time working with Precision Environmental and I could not of asked for anything better. I was referred to them by another contractor. When I reached out to them the response time and communication was EXCELLENT. I did not have to manage much of anything and they worked well with our customer. Our customer even reached out and told me how impressed they were with the work done. Walter was a huge help with guiding me through the process and very informative. I would recommend them to everyone.

Precision Environmental is amazing! They abated asbestos in my kitchen in one day and did the repair work in another day. Daniel and his crew, as well as Jose and Geo were all very professional, efficient, and noone left a mess for me to clean up. They were great! This process could have been painful, but it wasn’t with these guys. I highly recommend Precision Environmental.

Such a smooth process with easy prep.

Awesome service and such a great alternative to a chemical based fumigation. Ahead of the scheduled day the team sent out clear instructions to follow. The team arrived promptly at 8am to begin prepping. We walked through the residence to check that everything was ready and they assured me they would be there throughout the day. When they were done they texted and we again walked through. I would highly suggest arriving to do this and to open up the residence as it will take a few hours to cool off. Many dead termites were found around the premises- so fingers crossed it worked.

I called them to get a bid on heat treating my attic for termites and "jeremy" gave me a price over the 'phone. I asked him to send me a written proposal and gave him my email address. He never followed through. I called the office and tried to reach him. They kept me holding for 10 minutes. I called back and they said they couldn't reach him but gave me his cell number to text him which I did. I never heard back. Yelp says the San Diego location has closed. A single Yelp review gives 1 star. A BBB review says they don't stand by their heat treating work. "Jeremy" is the person responsible for heat treating. I think it's probably a good Company but he is a problem.
