We came across Pest Patrol when we needed to tent our home for termites in 2013. THEY ARE THE BEST! We kept their routine service for maintenance to manage the spider situation and have since used them for our other properties and recommended them to friends and family. Christian, Andy, and Ryan are fantastic to work with and have gone above and beyond our expectations. Their office is full of kind, thoughtful folks and everyone is ready and willing to help. When we sold our home Ryan's assistance was paramount in the success of our sale. Thank you Pest Patrol, keep up the great work!!!

Pest Patrol is a wonderful company to deal with. Starting with their office staff, communication is clear and friendly. Tony came to my house to rodent-proof it for the winter. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He fixed entry points into my attic that I had never even noticed. I’m delighted with the work he did!

Pest patrol did a fantastic job on my house. Their initial inspection identified termite damage that wasn't evident to the naked eye. I had to remediate the damage and take action against the termites before I could refinance my house. I was under a time constraint and Pest Patrol moved quickly to accommodate my timeline. Within a few days Oscar was out at my house fixing trim and window casings. He did a fantastic job and was very conscientious with his work. He made sure to repaint all the affected areas and clean up all the trash and debris before he left. Pest Patrol recommended either spot treatment or whole house tenting and gave me flexible options depending on my budget. I opted for the whole house tenting. The subcontractor doing the tenting was fast and efficient. I was impressed with how fast they got the tent installed and removed it.

no I'm not referring to the one in Arizona sweetie I own multiple homes in different locations. It was the San Diego one I was looking at with 9920 as it's address numbers.. I was thinking about buying another home out in the San Diego area and was looking for a pest control company because regardless of seeing evidence or not prior to any one moving in I believe in treatments so I have records of the last time the structures have been treated to prevent termites and usually go and treat it for other critters as well Id be really sceptical about using this pest control company especially when they are supposed to be knowledgeable experienced professionals. But on their website page on their area that's supposed to be an informative area titled: are cockroaches attracted to light or darkness they actually have incorrect information about cockroaches under that topic!!! This is what they posted: Cockroaches do not avoid light because it harms them. In fact, it’s only because they are unable to hide or evade predators when they are in open sight. For this reason, they will not dare to venture out when the light has been turned on in your home. Thus, sleeping with the light on can keep cockroaches away from your bedroom. When you leave your lights on, the cockroaches will not even try to come out. That is totally incorrect! Though yes they do prefer traveling under the safety of darkness though you won't see as many of them they have no problem coming out in the open with the lights on I CAN PROMISE U THAT!!! So when a so-called professional company posts such incorrect information on their direct website I would think long and hard about hiring them.

Our experience with this company has been nothing but stressful. They recently tented our neighbor's house and failed to get any of the necessary permission forms signed in order to enter our property (our side yard buts up against the backside of the neighbor's house). The workers trashed our side yard, TRESPASSED on our property with zero attempts to contact us (doorbell camera shows them forcing our gate open), and they completely tented over our vegetable planter after being told to work around it. The planter is going to have to be emptied and replanted due to the poisons used. Our gate has been damaged and it took a whole weekend to put our side yard back together. There has been zero response to multiple efforts to contact them. This company's negligence is disgusting and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired pest patrol to rodent proof vacuum out rodent droppings and disinfect the Attic and blowing new insulation. Pest patrol vacuumed out most of the old insulation and mouse droppings around the attic entrance. They left rodent droppings and the rest of the attic area and blue in insulation over the top rodent droppings. They do not call you back they have horrible customer service. Offered $500 off of $4,200 bill for doing nothing right.
