I would highly recommend none of you rent or own property at Wintergardens terrace condominiums or use this service. Have had them over 4 times in the last 18 months. When they first used to spray for roaches they would be gone for 3 months max. Then the 2nd and 3rd time they sprayed for roaches they would come back a month later. Now they're spraying and the very next week they're still popping up. When you call the lady who answers the phone she says they guarantee that if you see any within the first 30 days of spraying that they'll redo it free of charge. Then one of the managers a week later that I requested to speak with said that she shouldn't have said that because spraying one unit in a condo community won't fix the problem and also it can take 30 days for the product to take effect. They're having to come back 3 weeks after spraying and I may get charged again for this and it may not even work. Then the one technician says the other one shouldn't have sprayed Taurus indoors because it's mainly for outdoor use. Then the one manager says they spray a repellent pesticide indoors and the other technician says they don't use a repellent pesticide indoors. All the while I'm still a year and half later seeing cockroaches almost daily. And then to top it all off you call them and Marta(think that's her name?)answers and she gets mad that you're upset and in return she gets mad at you for bothering her about still having roach issues. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone because one person says one thing while another says something completely different. And getting mad at your paying customers because you can't do a proper job is just bad business. We suffer not you. 1 month from today I'll be moving out. I hope I never have to use another pest control service as bad as this one ever again! And lastly I'm having a city inspector come out on Friday. I'm going to ask them if holding Mt. Helix pest control partially responsible for any of this will be possible. 40 cockroaches in just under 3 months is considered a moderate to heavy infestation and this property needs to be condemned until the problem is resolved. I will push for all of this.

Awesome company and service. Came out and gave me all kinds of information, were extremely informative and knowledgeable. Seems like a short list of honest companies in San Diego these days and these guys are definitely on it. Highly recommend.

These guys were great. Their names are JR and Matt. They did a superb job replacing portions of our home. I am serious when I say their craftsmanship was second to none. Also, they matched the paint perfectly. When doing the repairs from termites they even filled in the tiniest grooves. The final product was amazing and looked like something Michelangelo would be proud of. I'm not joking. A big thank you to JR and Matt.

Great company and great staff. They came out gave me an honest opinion and serviced my issue fast. If you have pest issues, Mt Helix Pest and Termite is a must for you.

We’ve been a Mt Helix customer for years for quarterly pest control at our home in the 92127 area. The service has been excellent and we’ve had zero bug issues in all the years we’ve lived here. They are always on time, they call ahead letting us know when they will be here, and always check-up to make sure everything is still great. Highly recommend their service. Wish we could take them with us when we move. They have been one of the best, most reliable services we’ve ever worked with.

The time frame for us to get ready was unacceptable. I called about my orange tree in patio if it would be covered or not...They assured me as long as it was away from the building it would be fine. Our orange tree is 6ft away, and they covered the tree...Our orange tree is dead, our aloe vera plant that was also 6ft away from the building is dead. They broke a pot, they left some weighted thing that holds down the tent in our patio. Not happy at all with their service!!! Unfortunately was the HOAs choice to have us fumigated....Horrible!!!!!

Best pest control company in San Diego. Richard Ramirez is an excellent pest control technician. I call him a trained killer. Nothing in the bug category is alive when he treats my property. You can't go wrong with this company plus they are very reasonable with their service pricing.

they came and sprayed for cockroaches after not even 1 week and they care back, didn't want to believe so i waiting to see because it was to soon, called them back and they said they only guarantied they service for 30 days, called 2 days after the 30 days because the they didn't toll me how many days they guarantied there services so now i have pay again for something they didn't even fixed, i guess i got what i payed for, you're better off paying more for better quality service

Always a great job

Laziest group i've ever come across in life. Employed by HOA whom I will complain to as well, but forced to use them for termite work. When winged termites were coming out of the bathroom, inspector would not even stick his head up into the attic to look. Just shined his light up there and said there were really no treatments available. Had to do everything myself. Highly discourage using them....they are such a waste of my time I probably shouldn't even write this review. I should have reported them to pest control board, but they did come back to redo the inspection and treatment, however, they sent the same guy! Luckily they did better when they came back out, however, I have no more tolerance for this company, if they mess up next time they're being referred straight to the PCB.
