Knight Termite & Pest Control

Would never use this service… guy going door to door (soliciting for the company) waiting at end of my garage when I got out of my car… when I told him I wasn’t interested and I had a pest control company already he was super rude, confrontational and aggressive.

I confused this company with White Knight Pest Control Services. The reps have been nothing but lovely and understanding at Knight Termite and Pest Control. The initial review was a mistake on my part.

I used Knight Termite and Pest Control for both termites and a small problem with rodents. They were great at both! They were super thorough at finding the areas of my house that were infested with termites (inside the house and outside in a few areas of the roof). They took care of getting rid of them. Also, the few rats I had on my roof were immediately gone in a week with the traps they used to get rid of them. The guy who came to my house was Robert Garza and he was great. He explained why I had the problems I did, came exactly when he said he would, and was very knowledgeable about his field. I will use Knight Tetmite Control again because of him.

Their crew is very friendly and very professional! They took care of our building's repair needs due to water and termite damage. I had to go through the termite inspection and tent treatment process. I did a few different inspections/ quotes . Knight termite was quick and to respond to get the inspection process completed while providing a wealth of information to lay out our options. They worked with our schedule, and addressed our biggest concern, which was working on the roof. We did have a rain event after the tent was installed. The crew handled the inclement weather conditions in a very safe efficient manner avoiding injury and major damages to people and property. Our property was treated with care as they performed their tasks. Very friendly, organized, knowledgeable and professional staff. Thank you.

There was mix up regarding another Pest control company with the same name. The staff at KNIGHT Pest Control were very pleasant and very polite when contacting me to clarify. Just good customer service all around. Kudos to you guys!

We recently had to put my mom’s house “under the tent”. This was our first time having to go through this process, but Stephanie and the whole team at Knight made it seamless. She provided answers to all my questions promptly, the technicians came right out when we called in for an inspection, and the services were started right away. This whole “nightmare” wasn’t so bad after all thanks to Knight!

I’ve been using the service for several years now, their professional and consistent. The only thing is wish they would call me before they come over for treatment.

I have to give a shout out to Kenny, Robert, and their entire team! I have worked with Knight Termite over the years, and they have always provided outstanding customer service! I recently had a termite issue and I called them at 1 pm. Kenny told me that they were booked for 3 days but I pleaded with him to send Robert to help take care of it that day. So, Robert arrived after hours and made short order of the termites and cleaned everything up, so there was no evidence of the infestation when he left. Y'all rock! Thanks again!

Friendly team great job thanks guys a lot for your help

My partner and I have had two extremely negative interactions with Knight Termite Interaction 1 - Weekend of September 24, 2021 One of our immediately adjacent neighbors sold their property, and as part of the negotiations had the house tented for termites. Knight Termites had us sign the permission form to come onto our property the day before. The day of tenting, rather than knocking on our door/ringing the doorbell for us to know when we need to secure our dogs and open the gate for them, they hopped our back fence to get access to the property. We were home and were happy to provide access. If they had at least attempted to contact us when they arrived we would not have been upset. When they took down the tents, they again did not knock on our door, and started yelling through the fence since we had secured it. We were happy to let them in once they notified us so we could again, secure our dogs and provide them access (this was not a problem for us, we just wanted to know when they were there). They then blatantly lied saying that they rang our doorbell to gain access. Again, we were home and had nest camera evidence that they did not come to our front door. Knight Termite also ended up digging up dirt in our yard as ballast for some of the tenting material which seems unprepared and unprofessional. More unprofessional was that when they left, they did not fill in the holes and left disturbed property and tripping hazards for our family and pets. Interaction 2 - Weekend of March 3, 2023 Our other neighbor was having his house tented, and knew we wanted to have our garage tented. He asked if we wanted to have his termite company do our garage at the same time to try to get everything done at once. We agreed but didn't realize that he was hiring Knight Termite until it was too late in the process to back out without causing a lot of headaches for our neighbor. We were also hoping that as a paying customer, Knight Termite would treat us better than our previous interaction with them. The initial walk-through seemed to go well. Both my partner and our neighbor explicitly asked about whether the gate next to the garage would need to be taken down or if it would be unsecured during the fumigation process. The representative told both of them separately that they would be able to pull out one fence panel between the garage and gate to allow the gate to stay closed while adequately tenting the garage. My partner and I were out of town when the tent was put up, but despite the re-assurances we had been given, saw from our backyard cameras that Knight Termite had not only set up the tent with the gate open in it, but did not provide ANY form of security. Again, this is after being told during the walk through that this would not happen. If we'd been told previously that they would have to enclose the swing gate, we would have made plans to figure out how to secure the gate ahead of time. Since we were out of town, our neighbor had to secure the gate for us so that no one could come in or out of our backyard (this was very time and labor intensive for him, and required an additional trip out there since they were staying elsewhere while their house was being fumigated). Additionally, we were unable to get any response from our calls to Knight Termite to see if they could provide any assistance. We are extremely disappointed with how Knight Termite has treated our property multiple times. I would much rather pay more to deal with a company that treats its customers well, as well as not making the neighbors angry.

Kenny was great to work with . Very responsive and professional. I would use him for future jobs. You will not be disappointed.

After having my house tented, the straps they use to secure the bottom of the tent left an imprint in my stucco. Kenny says “just get some stucco and paint to match your stucco and fill in the area.” I asked that he perform this maneuver because it required time and many steps to fix and he never fixed it. Also my water heater vent was broken after tenting my house, Kenny and his crew came to repair it but they did not properly secure it and it kept breaking every year when the winds blew. When it rained yesterday after the part fell off again for two hours I heard the water drops enter this water heater pipe while it rained. Lastly, the tenting kept the termites away for one year and by the 13th months the terminates were back and I had my house re-tented.
