My inspector Victor has been at my home for many years and is a wonderful employee and person. It is always a pleasure to have him come and take care of my inspections. He is thorough and explains what he did and any follow ups if needed. Hydrex is lucky to have such a great employee!

Victor Ramos is a jewel. He is so personable, explains everything he will do and takes his time. I appreciated all his service and kindness. He almost got stuck in our attic trying to spray for termites (he found shavings). I didn't know about it until he was downstairs and finished. I felt so badly for him. Thank you for this way to tell you what a wonderful man and employee you have.

Ricardo Ibarra is a wonderful technician who has been servicing our house and yard for years now. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about pests of all kinds, and thanks to Ricardo we rarely see ants anymore. We have an annual contract with Hydrex, and Ricardo comes out twice a year. It is always a pleasure to see him because he is such a nice young man, very pleasant and polite. Just today, we had a bit of an emergency when we saw ants coming through our office window last night. I texted Ricardo, and he got back to me very quickly. He was able to come out to our home this afternoon, spotted the source of the ant activity and quickly treated it. He’s just the best—highly recommend!! Thanks so much Ricardo!!!

One of there techs came pounding on my door for 3 minutes after ignoring my no soliciting sign!! Completely rude and unprofessional, not only did he consistently and aggressively knock he had the nerve to walk through my front lawn to scope out my windows. I haven’t used there services and NEVER will, I posted there company in my neighborhood watch to avoid such a rude encounter, most of my neighbors have no soliciting signs and he ignored those as well

Kyle has good communication giving you a heads up when he’s on his way and letting you know when he arrives. I’ve had Hydrex a long time and this hasn’t always been the case but with him it is, which is appreciated.
