Really great service! Johnny was wonderful. He came to our property twice to spray for Ants and was really informative and really thorough and kind. We had a really bad infestation and it's been about 6 weeks and I haven't seen a single Ant inside or outside my house. Prior to them arriving I was putting ant bait down every day and killing thousands of ants to no avail. Thanks Johnny!! So helpful. Hire them.

We had Harbor pest control come to our house to give us a fumigation quote because our friend had highly recommended them. Travis came to our house and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the situation. To this point we hadn’t even considered taking the damage into account and Travis explained the importance of having repairs done as well. He was very thorough and at the end of the inspection sat down with us and showed us pictures and went over all of our options. We were very impressed and know we will be in good hands with Harbor pest control and Travis.

Five stars for Johnny! He did a great job with our home inspection for general pest control. He was super helpful and even got us a great discount on a monthly rodent and gopher service bundle. Fast, friendly, and highly professional!

Jonny was so kind and sweet to walk us through the steps and was patient when I asked him to repeat something because I was still sluggish from the heat. He was extremely informative, patient and made me feel like I wasn’t an inconvenience. I appreciate how soft spoken and supportive he was when I voiced how sorry I was that the house wasn’t in presentation status so it was a little messy, he reassured us and then explained how it wasn’t messy and that he knew that the problem was coming from the city sewage and not because the house wasn’t spotless . He was very reassuring and understanding when I vented my frustration and anxiety about the situation . He definitely helped talk me down from my rising anxiety. I anxiety word vomited and then felt embarrassed and sheepish because I have really bad anxiety, and I’m always worried I’m venting too much, Long story still to too long , Jonny was very kind, informative, professional, and patient. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. he definitely eased my worries. I also really appreciated that he had a sense of humor and a nice laugh. Him being able to laugh about a situation made me feel more calm and at ease. I carry a lot of anxiety a lot of the time so I’m usually very tense a But hearing him laugh helped calm down my anxiety.

Very satisfied with the service and responsiveness of all the technicians of Harbour pest control, particularly, Chase, who identified problems with our gophers and solve the problem with destroying all of our new plants.

I called Harbor Pest Control based upon their reviews after I saw swarming winged creatures. Their technician, Chris, lived up to the five stars. He was knowledgeable and patient with my questions, and best of all did not recommend treatment. Add honest to that list of descriptors. In addition, it was easy to schedule an appointment. I definitely will call them in the future if I see more creatures.
