While I haven't yet used the service, I just want to say that I was really impressed with Josh who explained everything about the types of bugs I'm seeing, the way to treat them, and the differences in landscape that either encourage or discourage them. He is a gem. Thanks!

First, I am impressed by this company for many reasons, 1 of which I was actually able to speak to a person at length. Kelli was so professional and provided great customer care. She indicated that they didn't believe in holding you to a contract, but wanted you to return because your service plan was working for you! Raul, performed the treatment with great detail to the exterior/interior of my condo. He called prior to arriving, too. I'll see how effective the treatment plan was in about in a week. I had a very expensive - yet useless treatment plan from PurCor. I clearly described my issue with mosquitoes and was sold a plan that didn't include mosquitos. Beware, the proposal is vague. I was charged for a year of treatment when I tried to cancel - or I could upgrade a plan that included mosquitoes! Beware, I got stuck with $150 for the 1st treatment (which didn't include mosquitoes) and $250 for the next year. Can't cancel by text/email, letter or voicemail and you must talk to a Customer Service person who is known by the title "Retention Customer Service person". Tells you something right there!

I can’t recommend this extermination company enough! Josh and Kelly are absolutely incredible at what they do. Kelly, the receptionist, is so kind, helpful, and responsive—she made the entire process smooth from the very beginning. Josh, the exterminator, went completely above and beyond. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything while making sure the job was done right. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. This is hands down the best bug company I’ve ever worked with. If you’re dealing with any pest issues, do yourself a favor and go with them—you won’t regret it!

We had our house tented for termites Monday and completely done in 2 nights 3 days. Throughout this whole process Kelli assisted us with everything. She has kept us informed throughout the entire tenting process. She’s gone over and above to assist, answered questions and make this one of the smoothest processes I’ve ever been through. Kelli is an absolute fantastic asset to Doug’s bugs and I don’t know what I would’ve done without her information, availability and calmness. She made sure I understood everything. She is an absolute treasure, informative and wonderful to deal. Dougs Bugs & Kelli have gone over the top when it comes to having your house tented and the stresses you go through. Doug and his team were great to work with. They were able to come out for an initial inspection on short notice, and meet a tight timeline for tenting as well. They were knowledgable and happy to answer all the questions I had as a first time homeowner needing tenting. Highly recommend!

Doug's Bug were super nice from the initial call to the tech that came out. They came quickly too! Chris explained a lot about how the rodents were getting in and what there patterns are. He also shared ways to save money on the rat removal by handling an easier task that I can do. Doug's Bugs are my 2nd quote and they came in less expensive and I feel like they will continue to do a great job on a icky problem!

Amazing company! You will not regret going with Doug’s. We had our house fumigated before we moved in, and it was a smooth process. Kelli helped us get scheduled right away, and she was super helpful in guiding us through the process and ensuring we weren’t more stressed than we needed to be while closing escrow. I cannot thank them enough for their efficient and effective work!

Josh and Doug came to treat my home for termites. On the unpainted wood in my attic, garage, and shed they sprayed it with a chemical that will kill the termites and continue to kill them. On my deck, which was painted, and had a LOT of termites, they used a different procedure, they injected the poison directly into the wood. I was absolutely thrilled that I did not have to have my house tented! Doug and Josh were on time, very professional and friendly. I was gone most of the time they were working to stay away from the fumes, and they texted me when they were wrapping everything up. I would highly recommend both of them!

Doug's Bug didn't give us any hassle and fully honored the warranty when we discovered termites had re-emerged after our home was fumigated before we moved in. (The initial fumigation may have been compromised because burglars attempted to break in.) Office manager, Kelli, was always available and quick to answer any questions we had, and was incredibly accommodating when we had to reschedule. We will definitely use Doug's Bug again in the future.

Doug’s Bugs is a wonderful company to retain for termite eradication. The cost is more than competitive and the work is quick and efficient. The wood repair work done at my house was thorough and meticulous and followed by careful painting. On top of this, Doug and his staff make more palatable an arduous aspect of home ownership.
