I initially expected a straightforward inspection, but I learned more from them about potential entry points than I did from the first company, and they wrapped up in about an hour. The inspector was thorough and pointed out several areas the previous service had overlooked entirely.

After trying a couple of different services last year, I was pleased that this pest control company spent the necessary time to assess our flea and mite issue thoroughly before taking action. The technician explained that the problem was due to an overlooked corner in the attic and took about two hours to treat the area effectively.

The problem turned out to be an infestation primarily in the carpets and under furniture, which they treated effectively over a series of two visits after I coordinated access with building management. Their technicians were thorough and attentive, returning ten days later for a follow-up to ensure the issue was fully resolved.

Mark came out and took care of an ant problem around our deck and leading into the kitchen and as well as some kind of nightmare rodent that had taken up residence underneath the house. He identified a few problem areas and gave us some good advice to protect against future problems.

Ally Pest Management (APM) is simply the best and my go-to pest control company. Business is upfront with no hoops and loops and/or magic tricks. APM is super fair with pricing and service. I can't go without mentioning that APM does not require you to sign a contract. The owner is extremely intelligent and can solve any pest issue.

Mark is very knowledgeable in the pest control world. He has been pretty successful at keeping the rodents at bay in my home. I live in the country so it already is a challenge with all the field move around. He’s also helped with an ant issue at my last home as well. He’s always willing to help with just a short phone call.

I saw this vehicle driving well outside of any legality. Swerving multiple lanes, speeding almost twice the limit, aggressively cutting people off... so I went to their website to report the driver and turns out, it's the owner! Severely disappointed to see any human risking the lives of others in this way. This human needs help before they continue attempting to help others.

I was on 205 north then SR-14 west this afternoon, just like in other reviews one of the drivers in their company vehicle, license plate ending with 9221 (who looks like Mark after looking up the website) was continuously swerving in and out of traffic, very abruptly, as well as riding the tial of everyone in front of him. There were numerous close calls, and others having to swerve out of his way. It's people like this who end up causing the deaths of others. MARK my brother was killed by a driver with your exact driving behavior. Please for the sake of others, stop your behavior. Committing it all while in a vehicle plastered with your contact info?...someone stop this man.

Ally was highly recommended to me by a friend for a carpenter ant issue. I contacted Ally Pest Management they were able to get us on the schedule with in a couple days !! Mark was very knowledgeable about all types of ants/ insects. Went above and beyond and swept under all the eves for cobwebs, he also spent extra time letting my overly protective girl dog warm up to him!!
