They really took care of us over the years. Recently sold our house but these guys are reliability is impeccable.

They have some of the worst drivers out on the street I was cut off by truck number 6 then he proceeded to give me the finger! We don't let those drivers in my house. Not very professional!

Technician who came was the best. He is so nice and knowledgable about pest control. He was very concerned for the health of my pet. All of his advice worked and we felt that he was so trustworthy, my father hired Antac Pest for larger restaurant jobs as a result. Great to work with.

They said they could not even come check my house out because of the way my house was designed.

I have used ANTAC for many years now. Once we had our house tented for termites, they have been coming out regularly every two months to spray for ants, put out rat bait traps, clean awnings and eves for webs, dust and any other thing that might be hiding. All technicians that have come to our home have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are always contacted the day before a visit telling us that a technician will be coming and reminded to unlock gates, move items away from the house, etc. Thank you ANTAC for your service. We look forward for continued service with them for the foreseeable future.

Bashar with Antac was great. He called 30 min before arriving for his first visit, was very friendly, and really took the time to understand the pest problems we were having. This is our second time signing up for Antac and they truly stand out as the best service after comparing many competitors. Antac's professionalism and friendliness are the best reasons to sign up!

Michael, the inspector, was awesome. He was very smart and explained everything to me while doing the inspection. The repairs were made in a timely manner and look great. Thanks again!

Warning: They are by far a horrible company! My HOA in Kensington used them and they contracted their service to another local company, The Fume Team Inc. ! Make a long story short my home was broken into under their watch! No call from Antac Pest Control on what happened. This smells like an inside job. Be careful with them. Then I get a call from the sub-contractor asking me to delete the yelp post! Antac and The Fume Team Inc. have some nerve. Please do your research on both companies before using them. No sympathy for experience!

Our house was treated recently treated and Bill is awesome. He explained everything and was very polite and friendly. He was here for almost two hours taking care to find all the critters and we are now pest free. We're stoked we contacted Antac!!

We had service done by Bill "Billy Bug" and he was awesome. He gave us a courteous call when he was on his way and took care of the bees that we were having problems with. He was very professional and kept his word and followed up with us the following day. If you ever need service done, I would highly recommend you ask for Bill the technician.

this review is long over due and i apologize! I cannot thank you guys enough especially Justin and Drea for being so wonderful and helpful. When I first called and spoke with Drea, she was really nice and compassionate and she knew i was desperately needing of help! Thank you Drea! Then, I met Justin who came out the same day I called and inspected my home. He returned that afternoon and removed 3 bird nests which he thought of causing my problems related to bird mites! Never heard of that in my life! But Justin is very professional, knowledgeable, very reassuring and gave me tips and information regarding bird mites. He sprayed and treated my home that afternoon! It's almost a month since he treated my home and I must say, what a difference it made! I was able to sleep better, I've noticed few activities of the mites that is becoming less and less and I hope that they are gone forever!!! THANK YOU so much JUSTIN AND DREA! My life is starting to be back to normal again :-)

I had such a great experience with Antac pest control! My HOA used them to fumigate a rental property that I own, and they did such a great job, I had them come and inspect my home. Josh Long is a true professional. Polite, friendly, responsive, credible and totally trustworthy. Marjorie in the office is a gem. It is nice to deal with people who truly care about customer service and treat you with respect. I highly recommend Antac for any of your pest needs!

Average services overpriced

I never had ants in my house before I went on Antac's monthly service. Now I DO. All over my kitchen - and I can't get a hold of the office to have anyone come out.. Terrible!

The service for termite fumigation service was good. The bad part was was that they hired a group from Escondido most of whom spoke no English. These guys stomped carelessly on our hard, flat cement-tile roof (as witnessed by our neighbor) and broke about 50 of our tiles and made us paid for them! They also caused a couple of leakages which stained our ceilings during the rain. Becareful folks when you fumigate! You may suffer the same consequences as we did!

Three stars because I think the customer service in the office can improve. The representative I worked with was informative, yet unfriendly with any additional questions I asked. The only reason they received any stars is because of the professionalism and friendliness of my service technician. Alek Hooker has been helpful, thorough, friendly and educational about my flea problem (at that time). He since then has been efficient and communicative.

Finally met Roger today and he was very personable and informative. I've been using Antac for several years now and very happy with both their service and results. I have absolutely no ants anywhere unlike before when the weather got warm and the ants would find their way into the house. Roger explained what was causing all the white insect eggs on a couple of my plants as well as recommending the best treatment for them. I have used other pest services before but find that Antac is the most reliable and effective of all. I would not hesitate to recommend Antac to others.
