While a photograph of the advertisement would have been helpful to see how we can better ensure they don't fall, we never toss them onto yards or porches. It sounds like this one may have slipped or blown down in the wind, which was certainly not our intention. We are here to provide a valuable local service, not to litter.<br><br>If you had given us a quick phone call, we would have been more than happy to drive right back out to your property and pick it up ourselves to ensure you were happy. Direct communication is always a much faster way to correct a rogue flyer than a one-star review, but we appreciate the feedback and will ensure our team is extra careful with placement in the future.
