Terrible Experience After 10 Years of Loyalty I’ve been a customer of Orkin for over 10 years, and my recent experience has been awful. Back in June, I started noticing droppings by my front door. The technician set a rat box and left it there for 6–7 weeks with no results. I kept seeing droppings, but nothing was resolved. Came unsolicited to our property and asked to remove termite monitoring equipment from the yard when previous home owners had requested service. I gave the ok with the terms to speak again before he leaves to discuss the report and make sure everything was left in original condition. The tech told me it will be several hours before he is done. When I came back out after an hour or so, I had realized the tech had left without a sound , and didn't think much of it.... Orkin has been a great service over the years, but I encourage them to provide more oversight on their technicians regarding how quickly they perform routine services every other month. I had a technician come today. Usual service is front of house, garage, scooped storage (in the garage) and back yard. The technician was done in 10 minutes. I don't see how if he took his time and carefully ensured that treatment was done. This happened once before and I called to make a complaint about it. So,
