I will not recommend this place at all. I regret paying money for someone just to comb my children’s hair. I could have done that myself. Will never recommend this place and the manager was rude and was all about her money not the clients. My children still have lice... spent all kind of money for the lice to still be in my children’s hair. Wish I would have went else where For your info I did try to pay. I had fraud on my acct and told them I would give them my id and ect. They know where I live and I even called the bank if front of them as they took my money out 1 hr before. I can’t control fraud on my acct

Wendy helped myself and my 4 year old daughter and she was super informative, knowledgable, and helpful. Kid friendly as well they had the TV on and let her choose something from Netflix. The appointment was pretty quick and she had to treat both of us for long hair. Took about an hour. The appointment scheduling was super easy from their website, then they texted me for the details and to answer my questions. They were very discreet if you're looking for that. A little difficult finding the correct building but plenty of parking. You can purchase products right inside or front he website. All non toxic and great for young children. I'm so happy to have found them so close by and they were the absolute best service :)

This review is a little embarrassing to talk about because it relates to my 5 year old kid but I found the need for this review to be necessary because as a parent I found this place to be a world of help. I hope this review will help other parents and their kids. I was referred to this place by my sister that happened to see their website on line. As a new parent I had no experience with lice neither on how to effectively remove these ugly bugs. When I called SHL Solutions they explained the process, their pricing and were able to get me a same day appointment. Once I got to their location the staff was welcoming and understanding. I was at ease the minute I walked in. I didn’t know what to expect but looking at their YouTube video did help me understand the process and to adjust my expectations. For my kiddo she was able to watch the process ahead of time, because for a 5 yr old everything out of the ordinary tends to be “scary”. Our lice tech Isabel was good with my kiddo she was kid-friendly, she help my daughter be at ease and was kind, but most of all she was patient and discreet👍 they even sat me down to check to make sure I didn’t have any lice ... which I don’t by the way 😁but I was told that IF I did have it, this would be a common thing with moms and their kids. After the entire process was done I was given information on their after-care products and even gave me proof of treatment for school purposes. Over all I was just happy that they stepped in to help me at a time when I was lost and didn’t know where to begin. I’m forever grateful🤗

Will never try at home lice removal again! Paulina was wonderful working through my granddaughters heavy infestation (and my light infestation too). Wendy came to help finish us up, and it was great to have it done so quickly by such friendly ladies!
