Gopher patrol which is actually just a namesake for the real company named Purcor in Riverside, came out to my residence on Saturday May 9, 2026 for gopher extermination. They had us sign on a contract for regular monthly service and told us we would get service within 24 hours if we still had gopher activity. We called them on Monday 5/18 and was told someone would call us back in 72 hours (not 24 hours as promised) and now when we call we get an AI bot. The whole contract thing felt wrong too, because the sales agent makes sure you sign the contract while on the phone with them, a pressure tactic that works apparently, because here I am $340 in the hole with this misleading company. Let's see how I get out this contract we signed...the contract says you must speak to a live person and cancel verbally, but we get an AI bot when we call now. Beware of this company!

Our exterminator has been diligent at attempting to eradicate our gopher break out using poison and traps. We have seen more activity since we started the process and gopher patrol seems to be willing to do what it takes to exterminate them. We just started the service so it is still early to see results. Gopher Patrol has been very kind and informative.

Andrew has been servicing my property for about a year and I have always been satisfied with the job he does. When he started, the ground squirrels and gophers were having a field day. After a couple of months, the squirrels were gone and the gophers were in check. Andrew is dedicated to doing an excellent job. He will do a follow up visit if necessary and has no problem addressing any concerns I may have. He always communicates what he has done during his visit and takes pride in providing excellent service. Great guy!

I was hesitant to pay for service, but the gopher problem exploded and my attempts to rid them myself wasn't working, so decided to try it, not very confident it would work. Well, Gopher Patrol did it!! Very professional, great communication, worked with my and tenant schedules, and the gophers are gone!
