I want to thank Scott for helping me with a beehive that was located in the water meter box in front of my house. He was a really nice guy and made the entire process easy. I gave him a call, sent him a picture of the area, and within two hours he had Carlos out to my house. Carlos was fantastic!!! He explained the entire process beforehand, answered my questions, and took care of everything quickly and professionally. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your bee removal needs. Carlos did an amazing job removing a large bee hive from our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was especially nervous because I’m allergic to bee stings and propolis, but he patiently explained the process and made me feel at ease. He even stayed a little longer to make sure no bees were left inside the house. I truly appreciate his care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience and knowledgeable encounter with Carlos from Affordable Bee Service! He arrived at the scheduled time and gave us a quote right then and there. He assess the situation and got straight to work. The bees had gone under our roof and he needed to open up the roof to get the honeycomb and the bees out safely. This was all done in a few hours. He provided pictures so that we could see the process and how he patched up the roof and the entrance of where the bees were going into. He did a great job. I have had a very negative experience with Affordable Bee Services over the years. As a competing local bee removal company, we have repeatedly been the subject of public accusations and complaints that we believe have been intended to damage our reputation within the community. Most recently, Affordable Bee Services publicly accused our company of trademark infringement and deceptive business practices. These accusations were also the basis of a formal BBB complaint filed by owner Scott Duncan against our business. While businesses certainly have the right to raise concerns, we strongly disagreed with the allegations and were disappointed to see serious accusations made publicly before any meaningful attempt was made to resolve the matter directly. In our experience, this has not been an isolated incident. Over the years, we have observed what appears to be a pattern of targeting our business through public statements and online activity rather than competing through service quality and customer satisfaction alone. I cannot personally speak to the quality of Affordable Bee Services' bee removal work. However, I do believe prospective customers should consider how a company conducts itself toward competitors and other members of the local business community. Our family has spent more than 20 years building a reputation based on honest work, customer service, and ethical beekeeping practices. It has been frustrating to repeatedly defend that reputation against public accusations that we believe are misleading and damaging. What concerned me most was the response to this review. Rather than addressing the substance of our concerns, the owner publicly dismissed our experience, accused us of leaving a fraudulent review, and characterized our objections as nothing more than a business dispute. That response only reinforced the concerns that led me to leave this review in the first place. Healthy competition benefits consumers. Public accusations, personal attacks, and attempts to involve third parties in ongoing business disputes do not. I hope that moving forward, all companies in this industry can focus on professionalism, transparency, and serving customers rather than attacking competitors.

Their name is just as it sounds, affordable bee services. I called a few other places and they were out of my price range, called them and offered me a great deal. Carlos, was very friendly and got to work right away. He was very informative and knowledgeable. I'm definetly grateful I called Affordable Bee Services. If I ever need bee services again this who I will call and I definetly recommend them.

Scott was very quick to answer the phone and provided me with same day service. Someone was able to come to my home within the hour. Seth was very gentle with the bees and explained the process to us from start to finish. Despite my parents speaking Spanish, he still attempted to communicate and make them feel comfortable with the process. He even put the barrel back to together after he took the bees out!

Wow! Thank you so much Scott & Carlos! I called Scott about my bee situation and he sent Carlos today to take care of the situation. Carlos is an excellent technician and carefully removed the bees and the hive from inside our drywall. Scott was very fair with his pricing! In fact, he was the only one who told me they could access the bees from inside my house versus outside which allows us to touch up the ceiling at our own time. Scott was very pleasant to speak with over the phone and was very fair with pricing. I called around but am so happy I decided to go with Affordable Bee Serviced. Called Saturday morning after seeing bees come out of can lights in kitchen. Seth arrived within an hour, was able to figure out where the bees were in my attic and relocated them. This is the second time I’ve used Affordable Bee Service …. both times the employees are kind, quick to respond, clear with communication and leave a clean work space. Should you have a need for bee service I’d highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Affordable Bee Service! We discovered the issue yesterday and called them this morning. Within minutes Scott called me back and sent someone out to collect the bees! Called Scott this morning looking to safely remove bees settling in my Mom's tree. He gave a brief explanation of the types of bees and would have a tech out this morning. Carlos arrived about an hour later, explained how the bees would be removed and they would be relocated to Scott's own hive. When done he explained the remaining bees would fly off to the original hive and it's ok to let the dog out. Carlos was professional and courteous to my Mom.
