Worse pest control service I’ve ever gotten, they charged my card multiple times after I canceled and I saw more bugs after the treatment than before. DONT BUY!!!

Apparently they cannot read so why would you ever want to use them to apply pesticides in/around your home?

I have received services for years. I have regular service with Aaron Allen Pest Control and just added mosquito treatment. Technicians and office staff are great and will do everything they can to meet your needs. Once I left and tried a larger company for a cheaper price, I think that only lasted 6 months and I went back to Aaron Allen. A very good customer service company.

I have been dealing with a gopher problem for the last two years. Finally realized this was a war I was not equipped to win on my own. Steve (great technician) took care of it in one visit and at the price point that they did it for, I’m kicking myself for not calling them sooner. Highly recommend.

They showed up exactly on time (which is rare these days), were extremely professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what was being done and why. What really stood out was the level of care and attention—they didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was handled thoroughly. A door-to-door representative from this company walked directly across my newly poured concrete driveway while it was still curing. He walked directly across my yard to take a shortcut to my neighbor's yard. If they can't even respect somebody's lawn.. I have security camera footage showing the incident. Fortunately it didn’t leave permanent footprints, but it easily could have caused damage that would have required repair. If you’re sending people door-to-door, you should make sure they’re trained to respect homeowners’ property and avoid walking across fresh concrete or other areas that could be damaged.

The office staff is always super helpful! They provide great service!

So far the service is good. Ricardo is thorough and is the best so far. I highly recommend him.

I specifically have a No Soliciting sign on my yard in two different locations AND a sign on my door. Yet this company still ignores it and comes to the door. I’m now filing a complaint with the city. Terrible customer service also. The woman on the phone was absolutely rude.

On 4/25/25, Pest Control Technician Steve serviced our house. He was professional, knowledgeable and had a friendly attitude. I wish I could request him personally for our ongoing service.

Steve is the GREATEST technician around! Full Stop. He is very thorough and patient and he hits all the points around my house that I request! I’m very happy with my service! I love living bug free!!

Hire a different company for your needs. This company uses deceptive practices to lock you into an agreement and then charges you when you cancel. The technicians arrive and spray the grass when the issues are inside the home. When you can’t make it to the door in time because your injured, the technician leaves and don’t spray inside. Customer service is important and Pam is rude, condescending and unprofessional.

I am a new young home owner in Riverside and this company does not care about their community, nor do they understand the importance we place on these type of services. I bought my home last year and during the process I was provided with an inspection report issued by Aaron Alan. Shortly after moving into my home, I called Aaron Aaron Alan to understand the report because it seemed a little incomplete but Pam pretended like she had no clue what I was talking about. I asked Pam if she wanted me to get the Structural Pest Control Board involved and she said “go ahead”. I submitted a complaint to the Board and they quickly found them in violation. Turns out our house is infested with termites and this was no where noted on the inspection report provided to us, by Aaron Alan. The Board instructed Aaron Alan to repair all of the termite damage on our property and to fumigate our home, thankfully at no cost to us. Unfortunately, the company Aaron Alan hired to fumigate our home (Your Way Fumigation) subsequently broke various tiles on our roof. Also, the contractor Aaron Alan hired (Carlos Guzman License 901528) to fix the rotting areas around our home is the type of contractor you here nightmares about. The whole experience has been rotten!! This company is disappointing at the very least! Either the Aaron Alan company does not care about their community, or they just don’t take their work seriously. If you’ve ever done business with this company I recommend you get everything in writing because Mr. White will try to resolve these issues through a “conversation” and Pam just doesn’t care - leaving you with no leverage against their dishonest/lazy behavior. If you think this company has been fraudulent in their handling of your valuable property go to the the state, hopefully they can force this company to do their job right, because they are not doing what they say they are doing.

WORST PEST CONTROL COMPANY EVER! Filed a claim with the STATE PEST CONTROL BOARD because they issued a false termite report during escrow and it turns out the house we bought was loaded with termites. The pest control board made Aaron Alan remedy the situation, but it has been the worst experience ever. Brenden has no idea what he is doing and Pam has been rude and terrible with communication. They have no idea what "customer service" means either. These guys have no idea what they're doing and should not be in the pest control industry. RUN AWAY from them as fast as you can!

Good service

We've been using Aaron Alan for a few years and I have to say they certainly have lived up to their promise. We've been extremely satisfied with them every since we started using them. They've always taken the time to answer our questions, been on time, have been clear in what they were going to do. Most recently we have been plagued by gophers and decided to to use them to take care of out gopher problem. We have two dogs who tend to think that gophers are just a new toy for them to play with so we were concerned about using poison. Arron Alan used carbon monoxide and traps to take of the gophers. It wasn't just a one time thing but when they came back (several times) Aaron Alan return promptly and cheerfully to take care of the new gophers. I do want to single out Hansel who was very professional and prompt. It's been great working with Aaron Alan.
