Unfortunately , this will be my legitimate first negative post in decades if not ever, to tell on Garry and his horrible demeanor and display of bad non-customer service care. Even if I am the only person he is treated this way, that is still one person too many. I have had an issue with the chemicals that are used to spray the inside and common area of the apartment complex that I live in in Sacramento California. I tried my best to work with the management company of this complex but unfortunately I couldn't get specific consistent detailed answers so that I could manage not being exposed to the pesticide or at least to the very minimal. I had no agency and no help. I also got a letter from my doctor describing in detail the help that I would need to avoid being exposed to the chemicals. I sent that the letter to both managers of the complex. I did however finally at least get the phone number to Garry the owner of the pesticide company. I spoke to him over the course of a few weeks letting him know how serious it is to help me avoid the inhalation of the pesticide that his company uses outside. I have had severe reactions already and I don't want to continue to do that. He assured me of the day of the month when they would be at this complex to spray. I thought that was helpful. He seemed to be easy to speak with and as if he understood my plight. However, speaking with him yesterday afternoon , he somewhat sounded different and his demeanor had changed . I told him that I would be calling in the morning to find out what time range his crew would be here to spray and he accepted that information and we ended the phone call. I called this morning around 7:20 a.m. after he told me he's usually up earlier than that everyday during the week, and after he answered , I asked him the question regarding what time range , and didn't say one word and HUNG UP ON ME. Whatever his personal reasons were, there is no excuse. I still needed that information and I do not have it yet . His display was extremely unprofessional, uncaring unkind, and emotionally unhealthy knowing what I face. This just happened so now I have to watch through my window for the pesticide vehicle and ask them to give me a moment to leave the apartment for a few hours. This is very frightening and extremely stressful. Shame on you Garry You just showed your true colors.

Used these guys a couple of times. Pesky woodpeckers in the neighborhood, they came promptly and installed netting on the eves. One of the eves was 3+ stories up, so not for the feint of heart...

This business does not get the required permitting for their work. They were shut down this week in my neighborhood for doing work for two weeks without permits. They blocked traffic for the street without adequate signage & made it impossible for the garbage trucks to pick up trash from multiple home. Continued to do work after being warned by the city. Their lack of permit puts the homeowner at risk of an accident happens. Please look for a company that follows city laws.

Excellent customer service!!! This review is long overdue. Garry and his team took care of a pigeon problem that I had after we installed solar panels back in 2014. Ten years later and we haven’t seen a pigeon near our home since. The installation of the hardware cloth on our solar panels is hardly noticeable. It looks so professional and seamless, almost invisible unless pointed out. I stumbled across an old receipt and had to come write a review. Professional quote and even sent me before and after pictures. I also want to say that having other work done on my roof, I appreciate that his team used special ladders that do not scratch the house paint or dent the gutters. Garry guaranteed his work and told me that I would not be needing to call him with any issues in the future and he was definitely right! I am grateful to have found this company and am happy to report that after 10 years, I am still a satisfied customer. Thank you Garry!

Excellent customer service! They removed YEARS worth of pigeon nesting under the solar panels of our home, as well as finch nests under the edges of our roof tiles (Spanish tiles), covering those areas with a deterrent mesh, and found likely areas they would try to nest once those areas were removed - so they put deterrent up on those areas as well! when the finches returned within a couple months, they came BACK out and re-did the finch nest removal and upgraded their preventative measures AT NO COST because of their AMAZING service and commitment to their contracted services. Not only WOULD I recommend them to friends, I already have!!

This company is top notch. Garry has a great group of people working with him and they do great work. They put up bird barrier for me to keep pigeons away and they did a thorough professional job. Johnne in the front office is professional and courteous and does a great job. I’ll use them again.

They came out, provided an estimate and completed the work needed for some bird control. Very fast and friendly service.

Francisco, the pest control technician, was very customer service oriented. At my request, over and above his normal service, he sprayed and took down cobwebs on our backyard gazebo. He sprayed inside our garage and agreed to put down insect traps on the garage floor next to every doorway. He offered to spray inside our house but did mention that we had to leave for two hours. We didn't want to leave for two hours so we'll have the inside of our house sprayed the next time. Finally, when I asked him about wasp nests, he said to call them whenever we discover a wasp nest so that they can come back late or early to spray, because that's when all of the wasps have returned to the nest. All in all, Francisco serviced our home exactly the way I wanted it done. Thank you Francisco.
