Running into problems again. Friday August 7th Hadn’t had service for a while and noticed an increase in volume of bugs/spiders, so I called the office to see what the problem was. Management told me we were kicked off their system, haven’t had service since January and they didn’t know why or how it happened. I called to get use back on a schedule Monday and by the following Friday (today) I was told someone would come out. I received a text message stating the arrival time would be 9-9:30am the day before. Waited until 10:30am and called the office. I was told they stopped by and no one was home so they left. My wife works from home and I am on summer break waiting around for the service. No call, no show. They are supposedly sending them back out. I am not satisfied with my service. Update: Management called back the following day and made things right. I appreciate the effort and will continue to use Jones Bros for my pest and weed control needs. Thank you Jim. I am having problems getting this company out to my house for weed control services. I use their pest control service and Rob, or tech, is one of a kind. He is friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. I figured I would try to bundle my services and attempt to get weed control as well. When I called in the summer, Cliff informed me that he probably couldn't help me with my weeds because of the variety, so I called back at the beginning of spring and scheduled an appointment. No one showed for the appointment. I called the office, left a message with the receptionist, and was assured I would get a return phone call. Of course no call was returned. I called the following day asking to speak to the general manager explaining my situation and was told, "Stuff happens." I scheduled another appointment for the following Tuesday. After this, I will be taking my pest and weed control business to professionals who make there customers a priority.

Phil did a great job. He remembered that we have several hummingbirds nesting on the lights under our eaves and was sensitive to not disturb the the newborn babies. He also found and disposed of a large wasp nest that I not seen before. have not

We have used Jones Bros for many years and have had exceptional, above and beyond, service. John even noticed I had two extra dogs (puppy sitting), so he left 2 extra ‘treats’. They have always been super responsive whenever I’ve had an issue, which, due to their great service, has been very rare!

Each Service Technician that has serviced our home is and has been the prime example of what true customer care and professionalism is supposed to be. Always on-time, always polite, always asking if we have any concerns or needs that they could address, and always tentative to the best care and help possible. This directly reflects the Company that they represent on their chest and I honestly would not want any other Company to service or care for our property. Brian is our guy! We were referred to Jones Bros from my mom, who loves their service. I’m so glad we switched. We were getting some outdoor roaches. Brian came in and the roaches left. He is so nice and great at keeping the pests away! I highly recommend Jones Bros!!!

Technician Oscar Lopez came out twice within the month to address some pest issues I was having, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough each time. My family has been Jones Bros customers for many years and I have had my own account with them since 2019. Jerry is our technician and he helps to make every experience fantastic. He takes time to check in with me every time he comes, catching up, and asking if there have been any issues. Luckily, we do not have anything out of the ordinary, but he always lets me know that if anything comes to give him a call and he will happily come back out to make sure it’s taken care of.

I don't always get the opportunity to connect with John on his service days but when I do it's always a pleasant experience. He's knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

I’ve been with this company for over six years, and I truly don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon. My current technician, Tony, is exceptional. He always checks in before each service to see if there are any specific areas where we need extra support, which I really appreciate. The company as a whole is phenomenal—whenever an issue comes up, they are quick to address it, provide clear communication, and even offer additional or in-between services beyond the regular bimonthly schedule. Tony clearly values his customers. It shows in the way he communicates during check-ins and checkouts, as well as in the respect and care he shows for our home and property while working. It makes a big difference and is a big part of why we’ve stayed loyal customers for so long.

John has been my pest control provider through Jones Bros. for years. He is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. On the rare occasion I have concerns and need more than the regularly scheduled treatment, he is on it with a quick response!

Tony did an excellent job with our pest control. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the treatment process, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before getting started. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he didn’t just do a quick spray and leave, he carefully inspected problem areas and made sure to address the root of the issue. Since his visit, we’ve noticed a big improvement and far fewer pests around the house. On top of that, Tony was friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. I want to leave a review for John at Jones Bros. Pest Control. He is the best. We love him!

We have been using Jones Brothers for regular pest control service since 2020, and we will never go back to attempting to keep things under control ourselves. An ant problem in our backyard and around our pool had gotten out of hand. John is our technician, and he told us he would need to come more often at first to get things under control. Since then, we have only had to call in between services a couple of times when ants found their way into the house. The first thing John does when he arrives is ring the doorbell and gives our dogs treats. He always checks in to see if we are having any particular issues and then reports back about anything unusual. At one point, we had rats eating the peels of lemons in our tree. John set out boxes and checks them regularly, and we haven’t had a problem since. This company is great and the experience working with John feels very personal. I highly recommend Jones Brothers.
