Brandons crew did an excellent job. They trimmed out and cleaned up a huge Pine Tree on my property . They also removed A Tall Pine that was not in the best shape . They moved and replaced items in my yard as needed They even blew the leaves from my walkway .I highly recommend and we'll definitely be calling them for any further tree needs .

Highly recommend SavAtree! The arborist Katty and the whole team are very professional and efficient. They even came back and planted two trees for me (City of Folsom requirement). I had great communication with Katty, she always replied very fast and patiently. Because there weren't trees I like in stock, Katty made an order for me. Thank you Katty!

Our arborist, Katty, helped us last year with our Bloodgood Japanese Maple. When we had concerns at the beginning of summer, she came out to assess the tree and recommended waiting until winter for pruning, explaining that summer pruning is not ideal for maples. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate us about proper tree care and what would be best for our tree’s long-term health. The entire team has been professional, responsive, and provides excellent customer service. While their services are not the least expensive, the quality of their work and expertise make them well worth the investment. Our tree looks amazing this year thanks to their recommendations and care. We will definitely continue using them for our future tree care needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy arborist.

This company deliverers a very good service, if you can get them to communicate in a timely fashion and actually come out and deliver the contracted services. We had the exact same service delivery issues 2 years in a row and will NEVER use them again! They have no ability to communicate effectively with their customers to schedule and keep appointments. This year's experience. In February, we contracted with Save-a-Tree to prune an olive tree and spray fruit trees to stop fruit from developing. The fruit tree spraying was more important because we have 2 dogs that love eating the fallen fruit including the pits causing them to get sick. It was critical for us to limit any rotten and fallen fruit. This was the same services as the year prior. We were promised to be contacted to set up an appointment. After multiple calls we still didn't have an appointment scheduled. While out of town in mid-March, we received an email requesting a review of their services. We weren't aware that they ever came and/or delivered any services. We contacted Save-a-tree while out of town and were informed that they trimmed the olive tree but did not spray the fruit trees. Their customer service department told us that the arborist had called in sick and wasn't available to spray the trees. They apologized for not contacting us to set an appointment and just showing up. Once we returned home, we verified that they did prune the olive tree and did a very nice job. It is now April and the specialist arrived today and informed us that Save-a-tree would not be able spray our trees this year because we missed the timeframe for spraying. Due to our unseasonably warm March, the trees had already began to bear fruit, therefore, it was now too late to perform any service. We were also informed by the arborist today that he had never called in sick. Either way, my wife and I will now have to go out and pick up fruit everyday this summer! That will be miserable!

The arborist came out to assess my needs and the estimate was reasonable. I had a gingko tree, douglas fir, weeping plum, and regular plum trees pruned. On the day scheduled for the actual work, the crew was very professional and did the work efficiently. They were going to be a bit later than anticipated, but kept me well informed of the time change. They had professional equipment (forestry bucket truck) to work with. They used a wood shredding machine and left our area clean. The crew (4 people) was well coordinated. I was overall pleased with the results.
