I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication, clarity, and follow through. I hired this company to remove a Bee hive at one of my rental properties. When I called to set up the appointment for the removal, the The person who I spoke, with, never explained to me that they would not remove the bees, but instead would spray pesticide. I have use Nolen for over 18 years now an the regular service man that comes for times a year is great. After a number of years know him by name an he provides great service.
