Joseph does fabulous pest control service for my home in Indio. I initially called about rodents in the attic in September 2023 just after Hilary blew through. He covered all the roof openings and there have been no sign of them since (got rid of them early). Because if his conscientious service and their pricing for the rodent control was way better than the other 3 companies that bid, I decided to switch my extermination service to Dunphy's too. Joseph is fast, courteous, and let's me know if there's any other issue he sees that may need attention. He does a great job!

Just a quick note. I have ExtermaPest for over 12 years now. Always great service. In all that time, monthly treatments are thorough, and any calls for any special treatment are quickly replied to and completed. Our current technician Joseph is always pleasant and thorough. For only $42 a month, I could not be happier. Ask for Joseph if you’re thinking of changing services.

I have my home sprayed inside and out by the best technician. His name is Mitchell Sanchez. This company and Mitchell are the best. Prices reasonable, extremely responsible, can set up specific times of the month, I receive a text to confirm my appointment & window, and if I need to change; it's ALWAYS no problem. I've not had any problems and those I've referred to him also love this service.

He makes sure to spray every nook and cranny, he prepates for upcoming seasons pest that may appear in our front, back yard as well as indoor and garage. Had an inspection done when going through escrow on my house. Called several companies and the only one that replied in a timely manner was Dunphy’s Extermapest. Josh Syzmanski showed up on time and was very professional. He did a very thorough inspection and a detailed report was ready in just a couple of days. I am surprised all realtors don’t use Dunphy’s Extermapest. Very satisfied customer.
