Having spiders as unexpected roommates was unnerving, but the expert who came to our rescue was efficient and reassuring. He arrived promptly, taking about 45 minutes to thoroughly assess and treat the problem. He explained everything clearly, ensuring we understood the process. Since then, our home has remained blissfully spider-free. Their professional yet friendly approach left a lasting impression. Highly recommend for peace of mind!

We have been a client of this company for the past 8+ years. Their maintenance program works well. The only problem is their chemicals do not. Everything was fine until about 15 months ago. In the part of the CV where we live, there are problems with black widows, earwigs and crickets. The chemicals they use do not seem to work on these insects. Last month I advised Gina I did not want the technician to spray as I was going to try a commercial product I purchased. I did spray the area myself and the next day I had dead black widows, earwigs and crickets. I no longer had to crush earwigs inside my house. I have previously met with the owner Sean R. on two occasions in the past 15 months. During the first week of August, 2015, I called Gina and asked her to please have Sean R. call me as I wanted to discuss different options with the chemicals. Actually, I left three such messages. I was subsequently told Sean R. will not be calling me. I guess eight years as a customer means nothing to this owner. It is quite pitiful when a company is evidently so big it has to treat customers in this fashion. My account is closed and I will not recommend Universal Pest to anyone. I gave them an additional star because their price was fair early on and their sister company (for termites) is good. There is no shortage of qualified and competent pest management companies in the CV.
