We had the start of a wasp nest near a high traffic patio door. It was a Friday afternoon and we were concerned if we waited until Monday there would be far more wasps in the area. Called Newman around noon. Spoke to Veronica and she quickly advised the service they would perform and literally had Christopher at our door within the hour. Both of them were very professional. Christopher actually checked the entire exterior of the house and we found a couple more budding nests. He removed them as well. There was no upsell. I will definitely use and recommend Newman Termite & Pest Control in the future. Great job.

I recently hired Newman for pest control, and they sent out a technician named Adrian. He was incredibly thorough, taking his time to treat the perimeter and strategically placing bait boxes for nocturnal pests. Toward the end of the service, my wife pointed out a massive black widow. Adrian didn't just spray it; he patiently waited for it to emerge from hiding so he could safely remove and dispose of it. We truly appreciate Adrian’s patience and attention to detail—it’s those little things that matter most.

Armando showed up on time and went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be using newman termite again!

We recently had an issue with rodents chewing into the wires of our car. After contacting Newman's for an appointment we met with Adrian. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and polite. I would not recommend this company as they have poor communication from the office to the Technician . When I called to set up service with a Newman they set an expectation of an hour. I go on through the day and three hours later they have not called so I call back and cancel service. I then get attitude from attitude because I told him I went with another company...
