Great team of people at Trident Inspections. From scheduling to arrival (came early). Zach and Cameron (inspectors) were absolute professionals. Explained all the aspects of the inspection and gave recommendations that made sense. Very clear and concise and thorough.

Sean and his co-worker Zach did a wonderful job conducting a home inspection on a new house my wife and I are purchasing. They were at the house before the appointment time. Sean focused on the interior of the house while Zach conducted the inspection on the outside. They were very thorough and communicated with us regularly throughout the entire process. At the end of the inspection, we were given a thorough verbal overview of all their findings. Within 24 hours, we had the full documented home inspection emailed to us. Everything was well documented with detailed photos and recommendations. We really enjoyed learning about our new home through the professional and thorough inspection conducted by Sean and his team at Trident! Highly recommended!

Jeff Clark was very great to work with on our home inspection, especially as a buyer. Very knowledgeable about every aspect of the house mechanical, electrical, hvac, and plumbing systems. Sean was superb! Not only did he execute the Mold Inspection efficiently, he took the time to explain the process and steps before. Once completed he clearly articulated next steps - lab analysis and when could expect our results - with an offer to go through them should we have any questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Their motto says, “When you want it done right — and right now — count on Associated Exterminators,” and they truly live up to it. Back in July, they helped us with rotted, molded wood shortly after we purchased our first home. Fast forward to Thanksgiving week — after the first heavy rain, I noticed bubbling paint and panicked. Sean did a great job. Very thorough in his inspection. I had a few nit picky clarifications but spoke to him and he was very receptive to considering some changes. Would definitely recommend him.

The inspection was done professionally and with knowledge. The frustration overall is that despite providing the inspector with a business card, he struggled to spell my name properly despite two separate requests. The first time, it was spelled with a Z which was corrected but the capital A was never changed. Details are important, especially the easy ones.

Sean was great, detail oriented, very good at explaining the report that he was conducting from start to finish, great job. thank you Sean. The only draw back for me was when I was ordering the services on the phone with Britney. She never mentioned to me that there would be a CC fee added into the total which we had agreed on. I was told about it only when I noticed I was charged a 4% CC fee. It should be disclosed at the beginning, not after you had agreed on a price and your card has been charged. Make sure you ask about it!!
