I had a great experience with No Nonsense Termite Company for a rodent issue in my attic. Raymundo, the initial inspector, was very friendly, thorough, and professional. Daniela was also incredibly helpful over the phone in guiding me through and finishing the process. Jose and Omar handled the initial work and follow-up visits. They were both professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. They helped get rid of the rodents in my attic and sealed the entry points to help prevent them from coming back. I received a free termite inspection from No-Nonsense Termite Company on 7/11 by Cesar Sanchez as I was looking for a reputable, reliable and reasonable company to treat the termites found in my home. Cesar is very professional and has multitude of years of experience which was evident when he was able to locate the areas that required termite treatment, recommend and give options of treatment, and how we can improve the wooded areas that require replacement. My husband and I had a good feeling of trust in Cesar and signed with him & his crew to perform the termite work on our home at what we feel was a reasonable price. We are looking forward to getting the termite treatment and wood replacement done and very happy we didn't have to do the tenting which would entail bagging ours and our dogs' perishables, finding places for all of us to stay for several days and airing out our home after tenting.

First of all Ms Daniela responded to me within minutes of me requesting for a quote. She was nice yet professional, straight to the point, and answered all of my questions. She fit me in the same week with Miller. He was knowledgeable, told us what he found after his assessment, sprayed, and left his business card. Because of his findings, they came back a couple of days later and left traps. Their pricing is awesome and their client services are superb! A big plus is their products are non toxic and safe for children, pets and us adults! Thank you team No Nonsense! I highly recommend this exterminating company!

Miller was our pest technician - he was very knowledgeable and let us know what he’d be doing during the process. I’d recommend this company!

I had an offer accepted on a house and paid Ken from No Nonsense to come and take a look. While his inspection was fairly thorough, the remediations recommended in his report were extremely generic. For example, the remediation suggested for the beams pictured (which both Ken and I agree need to be replaced) was to "remove, replace, or reinforce." While this seems like a minor detail, it undermines my trust in the validity of the number quoted. When I brought this up with Ken he got defensive and absolutely refused to update the report to say "replace." He suggested that if I hired them for remediation services he would provide a more detailed quote. Given I paid for an inspection, I expected more. (3 stars) UPDATE: After leaving this review. The owner Cesar reached out me and said this was not up to their standards. He refunded the inspection cost, offered a 10% discount on remediation services, and provided detailed recommendations. Although I'm still disappointed in the inspection, I Cesar went above and beyond to make things right.

Just had my house treated - attic and ceiling for termites. Jose and Miller were right on time and very thorough. They did a great job and kept me informed throughout the process. Very tidy with no issues. Highly recommend.

I found termite droppings from my bathroom ceiling. I called No-Nonsense Termite. Someone actually answered the phone (not a voice message) and I talked to Gabriel. He immediately set up an inspection appointment for the following day. Raymundo came on the inspection day. His keen eyes quickly identified all the areas needed treatment. I elected not to tent the house, but to do local treatments. The price was very reasonable. We scheduled the treatment work for the following week. On the work day, Raymundo came with Jose and Omar. Jose and Omar were both very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They arrived on-time as scheduled. Raymundo showed them what needed to be done. Jose and Omar then went right to work. As they work, Jose explained to me what they were doing at every step. I was very pleased with Jose and Omar’s work. I would highly recommend The No-Nonsense Termite Company to anyone.

I have been using The Nonsense Termite and Pest Control service for many many years. They have always been reliable, dependable and professional. The entire staff have been extremely friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their service. Since this review last year, Ruben came yesterday to perform my annual inspection. He thoroughly inspected inside, outside, and the shed on my property. He was very polite, thorough, and answered all my questions. In addition to the yearly termite inspection, they also provide the quarterly pest control, and even provided recent service for some rats under the house. I have recommended their service over the years to friends and neighbors and will continue yo for so in the future. They are highly qualified, reliable and do a fantastic job of eliminating petty critters.
