Don was so helpful. He was informative, professional, and so helpful in explaining to me my options to help me make my decisions on what needed to be done.

Don came to our home to provide a thorough inspection, assessment and proposal of our attic and crawl space. He took pictures and explained the work needed, a summary of the entire process from start to completion of the work. He answered our questions mostly without us having to ask them because he explained everything thoroughly. Don was efficient, no pressure, professional, respectful and kind and we appreciate that because it provides peace of mind! Thank you!

Attic Projects has been exceptional from start to finish. We hired them to clean out our attic, rodent‑proof it, install new insulation, and put in a fire‑rated door between our garage and attic. This ended up being a months‑long process because we were also getting a new roof and electrical work done, and Attic Projects was incredibly flexible and patient with all the scheduling changes. They came out multiple times, coordinated around other trades, and never once made the delays feel like an inconvenience. Every crew member was professional, thorough, and respectful. The work was high‑quality, clearly explained, and done with care. Pricing was very fair, and we felt the value was excellent for the amount of work involved. They also went above and beyond by offering to remove some debris from other work we had going on around the house. It wasn’t part of the attic project, but they offered to take care of it anyway, which really showed how much they care about customer satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience and would hire Attic Projects again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Jade was my technician who came out to double check some openings for me. From the moment Jade arrived till he left he had the most positive attitude I have ever seen. Jade was so happy to help, never complained, was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond on a 98-degree day!! This young man more than impressed me. I also work in an industry where we delivery and build shed at customers homes and Jade's customer service would set the bar. I couldn't be happier with the work done by Attic Projects. We were dealing with a severe issue that required fully cleaning out both our attic and crawlspace, resolving a rodent problem, and completely replacing the AC ducts. They handled the entire process perfectly, right down to removing the ruined old insulation and restoring it with fresh blown-in insulation. Throughout the entire project, the team was exceptionally professional and the quality of their work was excellent. What I appreciated most was that they always maintained clear, honest communication, which made a stressful project so much easier to handle. Highly recommend their services! Eben came to our house for our attic inspection. It turns out the problem was much worse than we thought. We had rats. Eben was very thorough and explained a lot of important details about our attic that we had never known before. He was very thorough and patient and although his price is higher than the other bids we received we do feel very confident in moving forward, especially being provided a 10 year warranty.
