HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE KILTER! Our house was tented for termites and filled with their poison gases at 3:40pm. The tent top ripped open in the wind before 4:45pm, exposing 50x60 ft hole over 50% of the roof, with an additional 15x15ft hole in the back, and releasing ALL the poison gases. Not a good experience ! Contract was negotiated from $2170 to $2000 before commencement of work . ( Have proof) . Based on that , the Company charged 10% down or $200 on my credit card. Once the job was completed , instead of charging balance of $1800 , my c/c charged $1970 . Upon complaint, was assured credit in the amount of $170 would be issued within 10 days .
