Jaimon's great. Got here fast, dealt with the problem (ants), gave us good tips, and we signed up for the very reasonably priced program. I was looking for someone local, and Pestgon came through. Oceanside-based, with local techs, rather than waiting 3 days for a tech making their weekly Oceanside rounds to try and slot us in. Very pleased.

Hi, Pestgon sent someone to help with outdoor black widow spiders and ants within hours of our first contact! Their technician, Jay, is professional, knowledgable and was patient with our 6 month old puppy! He was responsive to my many questions while here and also via text message. I look forward to working with him in the future to keep our home and patio bug free and safe for my family including our puppy!

Jaimon was the consummate professional. He came out and quickly got to work, recognizing exactly where to treat, and went above and beyond to treat well outside my apartment as well. His communication throughout the process, as well as follow-up is all a customer could ask for.

Since I have dogs, often outside, I need to know in advance when the provider is coming so I can bring them in, etc. This company actually seems to get that advanced notice is vital, and they've always followed through on that, which I appreciate.
