★★☆☆☆ I've never left a negative review, but I'm extremely disappointed with how this appointment was handled. I spent hours preparing my home for treatment, including laundry, cleaning, and other required prep work. I even stayed home instead of leaving for a planned trip because I believed fogging was going to be part of the service. I had been messaging AllsWell about fogging for weeks and no one told me otherwise. When the technician arrived, I was told fogging would not be performed and even if they wanted to, he didn't have the equipment to fog today. What frustrates me most is that no one communicated this beforehand. Had I known the treatment plan had changed, I could have saved myself hours of work and made different plans for my day. This was especially confusing because during a previous visit, the technician fogged despite not being certain what the insects were. Based on that experience, I had every reason to expect the same approach this time. I've been trying to get answers about this bug issue for years, and while I understand that some pest problems can be difficult to identify, I expect clear communication and respect for my time. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that expectation.

I’m shocked, called this place 3 times and no one answered. It’s open, and I called during business hours. Disappointed.

Technician was polite and friendly, and the job that she did was very thorough and professional.

Sent in an inquiry on the website and was contacted within two hours. The friendly coordinator scheduled an estimate the next day. And when you need an exterminator you want them there asap. The technician came the next day and great estimate and did the service right then and there, really took some weight of worry off my back. He also checked in with me a couple days later to see if I was still having any issues, and even came back before my vacation to respray so I didn’t have to worry while I was gone. So hard to find this kind of great service these days, even better that it is a local Oceanside company. Highly recommended!

This team does a phenomenal job and it starts with leadership and goes all the way down. They treat you like family and I think that's hard for any of us to really imagine for an exterminator until you work with these folks. There are no contracts just on his pricing and a committed approach to helping their customers in the craziness that is oceanside. To put it bluntly - we saw a mouse on a Saturday night and he put his son in the car and came and helped us deal with it. I don't know anybody in business right now in any industry that is willing to put this kind of commitment to his people. And we just started working with them 6 months ago. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the work this team does for my family.

We called Allswell when we had a pretty bad rodent (rat) infestation. Jay came over immediately and we could tell right away we were going to get the help we needed. He is very professional and caring.He made a plan of action and has followed through every step of the way.
