At any rate, we had to tent and one year later I sold our unit and before we closed escrow, we needed a release which Hume never submitted, we had a 20 day escrow and my realtor went to Hume for the written release and Hume charged $150.00 dollars for a written report for my escrow closing. Paul from Major League Pest came out to inspect my house for termites. I had signs of termite droppings on the perimeter of my house. My house was tented previously. I had recieved several quotes with very high price tags. Paul was very honest and concluded the droppings were from prior to tenting and that they were currently inactive.
