I would just like to take a moment to reiterate how extremely pleased we are with Stephen and Peace of Mind Pest Control! As we head in to the warmer months, it's nice to know we don't even have to think about pests!! We have been so extremely satisfied with Peace of Mind Pest Control! Stephen has been keeping the pests at bay for months now and today we got to have Dave C. who was extremely thorough on this visit! I happen to be home during the time where my general pest control technician came to my house, his name was Drew. I didn’t really get a chance to talk to him, but I can see the smile on his face and the good work ethic that he exhibited. He was very thorough and you could tell that he really cared about his job. We just had our first visit from Peace of Mind Pest Control. Drew Moradian was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He spent time researching our ant problem and sprayed our outside perimeter. Hopefully this answers our problems as it has been miserable waking up each morning to the newest ant infestation.

We always have such wonderful service from Peace of Mind. The technicians are polite and thorough and as unobtrusive as they can be (my husband and I both work from home and we have Zoom meetings that can be affected by noise or interruption). But yesterday’s technician was even better than the already great line of techs we’ve had. He was just very sweet and was very focused on making sure he got the full fence line. Thank you guys for really, actually being a peace of mind decision for us.

Unfortunately we had multiple problems with the inspector today. Since there was so many problems I will put them in a list: 1.) Was rude to my wife and very standoffish. 2.) moved the refrigerator and scuffed the floors. 3.) when my wife questioned the moving of the fridge the tech informed her to just let him do his job. 4.) Started the dishwasher full of dishes that were clean without asking. Then did not just run for 5 or 10 minutes but let it go through a whole cycle without soap causing us to have to rewash. 5.)Turned the power off to the whole house without informing us...this made multiple problems. a.) My server that people were using for work went down. this effected multiple people and lost hundreds of dollars for us. I fielded e mails for hours about it. b.) Took my sons computer down while he was working on a major computing project, my son had to work for a few hours to recover the non saved files. c.) Took the fish pond power out. We have expensive fish that require aeration to live. The the tech left the pond off. My wife caught it when she got home and we had some expensive fish die. d.) Required me to reset multiple electronic projects for work that cannot be restarted with me out of town causing me to lose hours and money. 6.) The tech moved garden tools and brooms and left them in the middle of the sidewalk not returning them to their place. 7.) The tech moved our garbage cans leaving them in the middle of the backyard and not returning them to their location. 8.) The tech asked my wife to open the garage door with the power off. my wife informed him the power was of and he demanded she open it manually inside. That is his job not ours. 9.) The tech was condescending and talked down to my wife which us incredibly unprofessional and out of line. 10.) The tech ran the Microwave empty for a long amount of time which is very bad for the magneto. 11.) They also burned out a flat screen TV tube that worked before. Notice all of the reviews from people with one review for a company that does this, that should assure you that this company is putting up fake reviews. Do not trust any review from a person who only reviewed 1 or 2 places, this is almost always fake accounts the company makes. They do this to raise their star rating thinking people are too lazy to actually read reviews and just look at the stars.
