The best pest control service I’ve ever had. I’ve had spider and wasp issues in the past despite having other pest control services . After using Cornerstone those issues were resolved. They only charge by service trip, not monthly like some, so I get charged 9 to 10 times a year instead of 12. They will also service problem areas you may have ( I’ve had some ant issues) without charging extra. Trust me these guys will do a good job. Best pest control I’ve had by fare.

We hired Cornerstone when we moved to a new property. I had a great interaction w the supervisor on the first visit. Super nice guy, personable, explained everything well. The first 3 months were fine although you have to schedule your appointments around their schedule if you need to be onsite for pets. On 12/31, technician arrives as scheduled and I was surprised because the grounds were saturated. The tech was extremely condescending explaining how the chemicals work and that he can spray with no problem. I explained that I didn’t agree because the perimeter of the house and yard were puddled and soaked. He was extremely rude and we had to ask him to leave. When I got a call back from Chantelle, the office supervisor, she was no different so it’s clear that this is how they are allowed to act. Chantelle could not say a word without beginning with “per your contract….”. I explained I understood there would be a fee for us sending him away but that I didn’t agree with his attitude or the fact that they spray when there are puddles and it’s soaked. The tech didn’t even ask to see the perimeter of the property! Chantelle said she would have the techs manager talk to him…and that’s it! Sorry he was rude…here’s your bill! I asked Chantelle if I could just pay off the contract to be done with them and she said “Great!”…here’s your balance! I was calm and kind until the very end. I work w the public daily and would never be allowed to or even want to treat people this way!! I will tell anyone that asks not to do business here.
This is my first time using Cornerstone Pest Management. Ken came over and took his time explaining what the service will cost and where they will spray. I would recommend Cornerstone Pest Management to all my friends. Thank you
Worst pests control company ever!!! They lock you into a control for a year and promise you they will come back if there’s any issues. When you call them back they want to charge you more money for pest issues, they said it’s my fault because I have plants. They refuse to break my contract because they’re not doing their job. I have submitted a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Please learn your lesson from me and do not go with this company.

We are proud of our service guarantees and are always happy to come out, free-of-charge, if our customers, who receive our normal service, need additional help to get their pest problems under control. <br><br>Unfortunately, we must have limits on how often we can come back to a property free-of-charge. Our offer to try to meet your most recent request to figure out a solution was met with unsatisfactory treatment of our staff above what we ask them to endure. We have discussed and think it best that we let you terminate our contract early. We wish you well in the future and hope you will be able to find a solution to your pest issues.
I don’t recommend this company for pest control service. Extremely poor customer service, terrible scheduling system, dishonest, and takes no accountability when wrong. Will never use again. I strongly don’t recommend.

I just put one start because this system does not allows you to review without at least 1 start, but in reality they deserve ZERO STARTS!... Customer Service is horrible!!!... starting with this woman who answers the phones in the office I believe her name is HAILEY, She is very rude! I paid for 6 services, Their service didn't really help with the problem that I had at home (Spiders, Mosquitos, Fleas, ETC.) Also, they scheduled you whenever they want, not when is convenient for you! I had a service scheduled last week by them, but I have to call and ask them to cancel this one, because I have a small dog that stays in my backyard when we are not at home (Of course is an outdoor service), and no one could take care of my dog that day. I told her that I will call back to rescheduled sometime this week. last night I received a call from them, it was an automatic REMINDER that they will come to my property TODAY, I called back and left them a voicemail (Because they never answer the phone when you call) asking for the time that the service will be done, because of my dog, the woman at the office said that will be between 11am to 1 pm. I told her that this time would not work for me because is late and I have to work too, and since I always request my services very early in the morning and this one that they scheduled me was on their own convenience (Not mine who is the person paying for the service)! and it was without consulting me the time. I try to explained to this person that I have a dog and they just can't access to my property whenever they want, so her answer was: This is your last service contracted with us, and because I never call to reschedule, they did it for me. (Basically, they work this way... Whether I agree or not they will do it) and because is almost the end of the month... Oh excuse me! you still have few days left on June... WOW!!! Even do I a explained that neither my husband or me can be at home to take care of the dog, they just scheduled you without asking if the time or day works for you?!!!!! Cornerstone Pest Management, You guys are way to much!!! I'm extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the service provided by them, and as I mention before starting with the people who works in the office HAILEY! I normally don't take the time or like to write any reviews for business unless the service or product is good. But, people needs to know also the bad stuff (Which in my experience with this company, I have nothing less than a horrible experience and on top of that I just waste my money) I will never use their services again! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!. and NO, I don't recommend them. I also want to make clear one thing! My review has nothing to do with the technicians who did the services at my place, I have nothing bad to say about them since they where always very polite with us.
They saved me! Every part of this experience was easy and positive. Megan, in the office, was really accommodating with scheduling my appointment, and really understandong when I had to reschedule. Also, the gentleman who came to my home was extremely respectful of my property and thoughtful regarding my pets. Can't recommend them enough.

We have had Cornerstone Pest taking care of our property for almost 2 years now and I can say they are efficient, timely and reliable. Even when the weather does not permit spraying on our designated day, they absolutely make that up as soon as possible which I appreciate. Since having monthly treatments there has been a reduction in all pests including the ants in the the house that we could never circumvent, all gone now. Also, after having our backyard dug up for a massive landscaping overhaul, fleas became a nuisance for us and our animals. We let Cornerstone know and they worked with us during the project to address that issue and within a month the flea problem was no longer. Efficient, reliable, and consistent are why we stick with them.

They are very professional & go beyond what is required! Once our pest control man found a baby kitten in the backyard ( neighbors feed feral cats) It had an infection in its eyes & he said he was taking it to the vet. Very caring & you can’t ask for anything else from a human being that goes to helping a sick animal in need; especially while trying to go through his day working!!!

We have been customers for several years after trying to do our own pest management in our home. Cornerstone is always very responsive to questions and concerns and updates us frequently with any schedule changes. Pricing is competitive - I also appreciate the option for bi-monthly service - most other companies only offer monthly service. The technicians are always friendly and efficient and want to help solve problems with minimal disruption. Great company!

Cornerstone is very reliable and always takes care of any issues you may have. Service is every other month but if an extra service is needed for ants etc they take care of it as needed. I like the reminder for service call I get when it’s time to stay as well.

We have used Cornerstone for over 10 years and have been totally satisfied by their awesome service! The techs are very knowledgeable and always ask if anything is needing extra attention. We always know the day before when they are coming and it’s easy to reschedule with their courteons office staff! Would highly recommend!

We've used Cornerstone Pest Management ever since we moved into our home in Hughson in 2015. We had a horrific ant problem when we first moved in and, since they've been spraying bi-monthly, we haven't had any further issues with ants. Anytime someone on our local NextDoor asks for suggestions for pest control service we always send them a message letting them know to consider Cornerstone Pest Management.

Had a visit from our pest control company. We are paid up for the year, but still noticed some ants coming in after all this rain. Robert came out at no additional charge. He was clearly knowledgeable about different ant species and sprayed around the outside, plus gave me enough ant traps to handle the whole inside, to use if needed after about a week. Professional and on time.

I have been having a very bad ant problem and had cornerstone come out. he was very nice and throughout spraying inside and out. i had a new guy come out a few days ago and I do feel like the ants have gotten better!

I have been a customer of Cornerstone Pest for 8 years now. I highly recommend them! The techs are very thorough starting out by cleaning all the webs around the home and then spraying all the areas. They are always friendly and listen to my areas of concern each visit. I had a huge pest problem when I moved in and cornerstones service has made a big difference, thank you!

My experience with Cornerstone has been great overall. I have been a customer for several years and have seen a huge difference. Prior to receiving service, I had ants and spiders everywhere. I had Cornerstone service once inside my home at my initial service and continued service around the house since. The spiders have pretty much disappeared and the ants only visit once in a great while. If I notice something that needs attention it takes one phone call and I can consider it handled. I’ve even recommended service to several others because of my experience. Great service for the value, reliable and I’m happy to get a reminder ahead of service.

Cornerstone pest does a good job with their service. We have been frustrated at times with their system, but they have always responded and have been professional. Their system may not be suited for every one. You get an email the day before service. The email does not tell you any type of time frame. It doesn’t say morning. It doesn’t say afternoon. There isn’t a 2 hour window provided in the email. If you aren’t home and need to put a dog in the house or unlock a gate, they will only service the front and you are charged full price for that month. It is a system that is challenging for us because of our dog and work schedule. If I miss the email the day before, we are usually out of luck. They have not offered in any way to try to accommodate us with a call or specific times. While I understand that might be challenging for them, it would show a level of customer service that they value us as customers. Overall, the service is good, and we are sticking with them, but I think everyone should be aware that their system may not work for everyone. Especially, if you don’t check your email regularly and/or have a dog that spends his daytime outside most of the time.
Bad customer service ! Their phone is never picked up it’s either a busy tone or they don’t pick up phone just rings and rings
I was a big fan of this company, but the last 6 months or more their service has declined. At my previous home I pointed out to the technician where we were having pest issues. A week later they were back. I moved to a new home and figured I'd give them another shot. However, their lack of communication is horrible. I understand they give a timeframe, but better communication to their customers goes a long way. I rearranged my personal schedule to meet their timeframe and they could not meet it. I had to reach out to them and they still had to push it out. I will be seeking a different company as this one has fallen short.
