I have been with AAI since 1992, I have had a lot of Techs ,some great some Not so great... One of the GREATEST I have EVER Had is "TAWNYA SCHWARTZ " I told my husband If she EVER Leaves AAI, I will probably Quit the Service and Have Him takeover… Tawnya is the GREATEST TECH>>!!!! This is for AAI I HATE the Three Hour Window!!!! I have been with you before that ever happened, when you gave Direct Appts.

Great company. However, they have a tendency to CHANGE your monthly schedule without your permission. It's very difficult to keep them on an agreed upon day of the week!

AAI Pest Control has been taking care of my home since 2004. The technicians make it a point to let me know (if I am in) that they will be spraying. I am sensitive to the chemicals used so they do a special dilution for me and I stay indoors. I have never had a desire to change service and found no reason to do so. Recently I discovered they have a construction division which repairs water or inspect damages. I was horrified when I found what I thought was insect damage but turned out to be wood rot caused by a leaking area on the roof. They answered my call the very next day and promptly arranged to have everything fixed. These men are all specialists. They all have my gratitude. I found everyone, including the office staff, to be very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this Company.

I have to say we've been pretty happy with AAI. They come as scheduled, technicians have been very nice and can't say we've had any real problems or had to call them back after they left. I would say if anything maybe a little more sweeping/brushing of the eaves and under ledges for spider webs, but otherwise it's been good.

Very friendly service; had my roses treated with systemic pesticide for aphids. Had questions about what kind of pesticides were used and all questions were answered. For anyone curious, it's the same thing you can put on your cat or dog for flea medication—you know, the liquid drops that you put on the back of their neck. It's called Imidacloprid. It is highly toxic to all kinds of arthropods including good ones such as spiders and bees, so be sure you are ok with that. There was an additional pesticide that was used in conjunction, but I forgot the name.

Our business is property management and we use AAI for the majority of our properties because they are very reasonable in their pricing and very knowledgeable in pest control. They will take photos to show exactly what they are talking about when informing about exclusions that need done, they have service to service guarantees and really work with the tenants to resolve the pest issues no matter what kind of pest it is. I would recommend AAI for any pest problem you have!

We called AAI Pest Control for rats under the house. They did a great job finding the areas around our house where the rats were getting under the house and set up traps. They were affordable and knowledgable. I'd definitely use them again (but i hope i don't have to!).
