So far this has been a horrible experiance and I am super new to Clark. I signed up with them and the guys wrote my cc number down and then they called me for payment. Not sure what happened there. I let that go and they scheduled my initial follow up appointment for me. I am sitting here waiting and waiting because they never gave me a window of when the tech would show up. Do not hire Clark Pest Control!!! They are horrible to deal with. No matter what time it is, during their open business hours, I waited a minimum of 48 minutes to speak with someone. Then that person said I needed to speak with someone in another department and I waited on hold again.
