East Side Mosquito Abatement

This was the second time I called in a request for mosquitoes medicine, my children were getting all bite every single time we try going out, especially at night, even just opening the door, gets a whole body of bites and itches. Their service here for us was amazing and it worked great! Our kids were not getting bite every second going out lol! Thank you! Highly recommended

Unfortunately, I can’t actually review the mosquito abatement service itself, because the technician assigned to our area, Jarrod, refuses to take any action. His method of determining whether mosquitoes are present appears to consist of stopping by in the middle of the day — when mosquitoes are naturally inactive — and concluding there isn’t a problem. By that logic, I suppose most mosquito issues would conveniently never exist. What’s even more concerning is that this hasn’t just happened to me. Multiple neighbors on our street, as well as family members who live two streets over in the same neighborhood, have had the exact same experience and outcome with the same technician. After requesting a second visit and speaking with him by phone, Jarrod insisted that we must not actually know what mosquitoes look like. Meanwhile, every afternoon and evening our neighborhood is being swarmed and bitten — often even through clothing — despite using sprays, candles, wristbands, and other deterrents. At this point, I genuinely wish I could say whether the abatement program itself is effective, but when the technician’s process ensures that no problem is ever acknowledged, it makes that impossible to determine.

Very informative. They do a lot for the community. If you need information they are worth of knowledge. Our gardening group was able to get a lot of information from them to share with the community. I was just going on the website and looking up information on the new breeds of mosquitoes come into our area.

Yes you do need to leave a message, they came out in less than 3 days. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and resolved the problem for the remainder of the summer.

They are quick to respond and take care of the pests.

This place is a joke. Good luck trying to call they never answer. If you leave a message, they will never call you back

They refuse to do ANYTHING about the ever increasing mosquito problem. They leave West Nile into the hands of civilians. I HAVE CAUGHT WEST NILE FROM THEIR LACK OF TREATMENT. They promised to treat it but apparently if they even did that was a one time thing. The only way these guys do their jobs is if someone dies...

Never heard from them. Tax payer waste of money

Called several times. No one answers the phone. A recording tells you to leave your contact info, address, asks if they can access your yard and asks if you have friendly dogs. Does not return calls. Does not notify you of service. And in my case has NEVER come to my property! I look like I have measles with over 40 mosquito bites on my arms, legs and Face! I am allergic and bites become welts. I get them at all times of the day. They get in my house as well. Even my dogs have bites. I don't have standing water. They are in the lawn. This company is supposed to treat for mosquitos and they do NOTHING! Probably still charging the county and pocketing the money.

There is a major mosquito issue going on in Northeast Modesto. Especially near Ustach Park and it doesn't seem like anybody is responding to it. We pay tons of taxes and can't even go for a walk in our neighborhood because the mosquitoes are biting our ankles.
