Don't recommend. He showed up way earlier than agreed. I left work early to meet him. He was a no show, no call. I called left messege, no response. Next day I called and left messege, no response. It has been a week and they have not reached out to apologize or reschedule.

Mike has been very helpful and professional. He explained everything, reasured me that our pets were safe and even followed up with us. Great experience with a stressful situation as renters. Highly recommended!

I cant say enough good things about Specialized Pest Patrol! I have a huge fear of bugs and our technician Robert is amazing! He is friendly and thorough in removing any spider webs outside and also making sure to spray well outdoors to keep any bugs from making their way inside. Elizabeth is always responsive on the phone and very welcoming and nice. I saw some bugs in the garage between sprays, called them and Robert was out the next day. I love working with them and would recommend to anyone with pest control needs!

Technicians are nice, clean and always willing to answer any questions I may have.

We were in over our heads and the black widows posed a serious health risk to our family. I am ellated to say that this amazing local, family business took care of all the bugs and now we are free from worrying! Elizabeth at the office is so kind and on top of making sure our home is treated. Robert, our pest specialist worked very hard and we are so impressed with the treatment he provided. I'm very happy with the service. They are kind people and a local company. Elizabeth in their office was very professional and efficient. My service guy, I think was named Mike, I should have written it down, he was great. It's nice to have someone who will take time to explain everything to you. They sprayed yesterday and I've already found a ton of dead bugs. Ants have been out of control and I've done everything I can, but it was time to call for the good stuff! Give them a try! Support local! Go for the year plan, it's worth it!

Wonderful company!! I’ve been using them for years for general pest control as well as rodent control. My service guy Sal, is the best. He is on time, thorough, respectful of my property and assists with any pest problems that pop up.

I have been a steady client of Specialized Pest Patrol since 2000. They are a full service pest control company handling pests from bugs to critters. Rob and his crew have consistently been dependable, on time with scheduled treatments and accommodating to special requests. One employee in particular, George, noted on our service receipt that he "sprayed for ghosts" when our little one was going through a phase. That did the trick, and I will never forget that personal touch. I recommend SPP's contracted service for regular treatments. I haven't seen a spider, cricket, etc. in my house (and very few bugs in my backyard) in years!

I have been using Specialized Pest Patrol for several years and I am always pleased with their work. They are timely, They are friendly, They ask if there are any new problems And when they are done it's just nice to be out in my yard knowing I won't have those problems... and the gentleman who does my yard has also become friends with my dog... it doesn't get any better than that!

We have been using Specialized Pest Patrol since at least 2017 and have been very happy with their service. I originally called them because we live next to a field and had a rat making herself and her babies comfortable in an exterior wall! They took care of that problem and showed us where it was getting in so we could repair the area. Now they come every two months for maintenance to prevent ants and spiders. We have not had any more pest problems. Our tech, Dennis, is always friendly when I see him and Gina in the office has always been really nice and helpful. They send an email reminder the night before our service so I know they are coming. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other services I have seen. Give them a try!

This company was used by my hoa as a “neutral third party” to inspect my mulch for cockroach issues because I have been fighting with my hoa to have my mulch replaced. Robert came by to “inspect” (he didn’t even look at the mulch, aside from one area where he stuck his finger into to check the depth), and he told me and the hoa that the mulch isn’t the issue and that the roaches aren’t living/breeding there as I have stated. He said that they are all coming from the storm drain across the street. This may be true, but I have seen the roaches coming up and out of the mulch with my own eyes. My personal pear control company also agrees that roaches are likely to be living in the mulch due to ideal conditions such as decomposing organic matter and a constant water supply from the landscaping drip system. Anyway, now my hoa is refusing to replace my mulch or do anything to it because they “received an expert opinion”. I brought up the solution of replacing my mulch with cypress or cedar which has pest repelling properties and Robert said he hasn’t heard of such a thing. A quick google search says otherwise via various scientific journals. P.s. a few weeks ago, my hoa said that Robert originally stated that my mulch is highly infested, so I’m confused.

Specialized pest patrol is the best in the business! I’ve been a Sacramento area resident for many years now and they have always been my first choice when it comes to pest control. Living in the Sacramento area cockroaches are a HUGE problem, but having specialized pest makes them pretty much non existent!!!! (No spiders either, and I hate spiders!) The gentleman that comes to spray is extremely professional and sweet to my kids and our puppies. The office ladies, Elizabeth and Susan are always able to answer any and all questions I may have regarding our service. Their rates for service are reasonable and their services are well worth it! I recommend them 100%

Just got off the phone with Gina and scheduled a service tech to come handle my ant problem. This is after calling seven other local pest control companies. Pretty much every single place tells me the same exact thing, except the prices vary. Rob at Specialized was the only one who really listened to what I had to say and gave me input based on his experience that could tackle my problem. On top of that, the pricing structure of their 60 day program is the best priced and really cant be beat. So far their customer service and pricing can't be beat. I will follow up and let you know how well they do at taking care of my ant & spider problem. UPDATE 10/2019: I have not seen a single Ant since I called Specialized Pest Control. :D

Sadly, this company has gone down hill since Gina's departure. She was amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable and responsive to any/all issues. We have had a 12 month contract with Specialized Pest since Sept. 2018 and will be switching to a different company this month. Any responses I receive (if at all) are short, inaccurate (getting dates wrong, payments, etc.) and overall disappointing. I feel like I am speaking with a child rather than a professional, leaving me to do most of the work myself. At this very moment, I don't even know if someone is coming for our "scheduled" appt. but I've been here waiting for 2 1/2 hours. (P.S. They are still using Gina's email in all communications so I have no idea who I have been dealing with over the past few months). **I would like to add that the exterminators themselves are still great. This is not a reflection of their work at all, this is 100% an office/management issue and this isn't a review I ever wanted to leave.

We've been a customer for 7 months now And they've always shown up and have been so kind and professional. Easy to talk to and do a great job knocking down webs. No problems with ants or other creepy crawlies either.

They took care of a bad cockroach problem we had to deal with and made me feel at ease. George is professional, patient and thorough and Gina is always available to answer my questions and make sure our next appointment takes care of what we need. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Highly recommend for any pest issues.

Robert came out the same day we called -- literally within 2 hours of our request for service. He was very thorough with his inspection and handled our issue right away. Highly recommend this company.
