Lonnie is a god send. He is so kind and amazing and so knowledgeable about everything I had going on this morning, I found that my cat brung in a live surprise of what I thought was a mouse ( it was not a mouse ) he told me exactly what I should do and walked me through everything step by step to ensure I was in good hands. He was also extremely honest with extremely fair pricing compared to a lot of other companies I reached out to. This business is on my top list of recommendations for any pest or rodent issues anyone may have. If you want someone who is kind, funny and knowledgeable who will also charge an extremely fair price and help you get out of your situation Lonnie is the person for the job! Cannot thank him enough

Lonney was very helpful over the phone. I told him I live in a condo and found this bug. I sent him a picture and he was able tell me what kind of bug and that it was coming from outside. He told me that since I live in a complex that is managed by HOA I should contact them since they have someone that does it. He didn't want me to pay for a service that I didn't need. It is great to have someone who is so honest. I will definitely be using him if I ever have any pest problem.

Very upfront, honest, and friendly guy. In my experience, he gives you the right/perfect advice for pests. Probably the best price for pest control as the name suggests, but haven't priced around to know otherwise.

I had a bad problem with ants in the kitchens and bathrooms, and called this company. They were able to come out the next afternoon, and treat my condo. They said the heavy rains we've been having drove the ants in, and now they'll be taking some of the spray back to were they live. I thought how ironic, "They came into my home uninvited, and now they'll be taking something back to their home, definitely uninvited." I Hate Ants.

I had these really small black beetles in my cabinets and on the countertop of my kitchen. I called around for some pest estimates, and everybody wanted me to sign a long contract. But Best Price asked me a lot of questions about the bug and determined they were a pantry beetle that was feeding on some of my dry goods in my kitchen cabinets or drawers. And before I would ever be able to get rid of them I would have to find what they were eating. Which made perfectly good since. After searching thru-out my kitchen cabinets, I found they were really infested in an old oatmeal box, way at the back of one of my cabinets. You know the one above the refrigerator. The one you can't reach, that you never use. Well that's where all the bugs were coming from. So it was as easy as throwing that box of Oatmeal away and then cleaning the cabinet really good. Then Best Price came out and sprayed that area really good. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't seen any. I'm really happy I found these guys. Use them, you'll be happy too.

Had a really bad flea problem that wasn't going away with just the product the vet gave me for my dogs. I had to call a pest company and chose these guys. Not only were they affordable but they also explained how their treatment worked.. Been about 5 weeks, and no more scratching from flea bites, for me and the dogs...

Too many ants in my kitchen, and they were overrunning my bathrooms too. Had to get a professional sprayman, and ended up calling these guys. Very happy with them, and they gave me a good guarantee too.

The wasps problem at my brothers house was pretty bad this year, and he didnt know who to call, So I recommended Best Price Pest who I use at my home. My brother called me after they sprayed the wasps and said they did a great job and thanked me for the recommendation, So this is how I'm saying thanks to them. I recommend them.

I've waited a few weeks to write this review. Lonny at Best Price Pest Control was AWESOME!!!! We had a ton of yellow jackets nesting under the tiles of our roof. He came out to our house right away and solved the problem for a completely totally reasonable fee! If we ever need pest control again, Lonny's the man!!! No yellow jackets have returned!
