I never write reviews but I feel it is my duty to publish the horrible experience I had with this company. If you are someone who is inexperienced with pest matters and are looking for professional guidance, I would steer clear of this company. Since the beginning, I continually expressed that I am not a homeowner and have thus never dealt with rodent issues but was acting on behalf of my father who is elderly and hard of hearing. I also made it clear that I was only calling for rodent services

I wanted EcoGuard to address my mosquito issue, spiders, check for hornet/wasp nest in the eaves, spray my lawn and other areas for potential fleas since I have 4 indoor/outdoor cats. My technician was Erin, and he did a fabulous job. He did find that that I had 6 different types of spiders. Wow! He knocked down the hornet/wasp that they had started to build in the eaves.
