EcoGuard Pest Management

This was my first pest management service and I was not disappointed. I wanted EcoGuard to address my mosquito issue, spiders, check for hornet/wasp nest in the eaves, spray my lawn and other areas for potential fleas since I have 4 indoor/outdoor cats. My technician was Erin, and he did a fabulous job. He did find that that I had 6 different types of spiders. Wow! He knocked down the hornet/wasp that they had started to build in the eaves. I never write reviews but I feel it is my duty to publish the horrible experience I had with this company. If you are someone who is inexperienced with pest matters and are looking for professional guidance, I would steer clear of this company. Since the beginning, I continually expressed that I am not a homeowner and have thus never dealt with rodent issues but was acting on behalf of my father who is elderly and hard of hearing. Technician showed up late in the afternoon unannounced. I happened to see them starting the service and approached them. I informed them I was not notified of the time of the service. The technician said that they were going to call but have had a bad day? Unfortunately I have received this response before also from the same technician.
