So happy to have found VAST Pros! Jordan is wonderful... honest, friendly, very knowledgeable, and addresses my concerns. Has done terrific work to treat our termites, and now our ant issues. He is thorough and work is reasonably priced. The office has done a great job communicating for scheduling. Such a relief to have an amazing pest control company!

Had a 2:00 appointment.He then he only texted me around 5:00 that he couldn't make it that day. He said he would show up the next day. Then on the next day he never showed, never called and never texted. Then 5 days later he called at 9 am to tell me he is about 10 minutes away to treat the bedbugs. He hadn't even given me a estimate. Also I noticed that they only have a 30 day warranty. I have checked and there is places that have a 1 year warranty. I know that with that amount of disorganization. I certainly will not let them wander about my house

My neighbors and I have been looking for another pest control company. Our previous company kept raising their prices. I met Keaton while he was in our neighborhood. He was able to beat their prices with no "hidden" costs. He was very thorough with our first service and explained everything very clearly. I heard what sounded like rustling in my unused furnace vent- was concerned a bird or animal was in there, and if so, wanted it removed asap. Tried a couple of other well-known services, and either they didn’t provide that type of inspection, or else it would be like a week or so wait. Saw this company’s good reviews and contacted Jordan. He came out the very next day. He went up on the roof, confirmed that the vent was properly closed and that it was just birds that were handing out at the top and their noises were echoing in the vent. Big relief! I appreciate Jordan’s quick response to my request!

Great customer service, awesome service in general! We have been using this company to keep our spiders under control and they do a thorough job!

Highly recommended! My mother owns a duplex property with high termite activity. Damage was evident and moving super fast. We had tried other businesses that would not answer or would not show up for scheduled appointments. We called Vast Pros and they were there the same day. Jordan was great! Walked through the property, evaluated and returned with a plan/quote the following day. Within 72hrs we were scheduled for fumigation. There was an open line of communication and he helped us through the whole process. Affordable prices and great customer service.

Our home was being overrun by ants. Vast Pro has successfully eliminated them. If I see one, I call and they come back and treat in between my usual pest control treatment. Last time he removed 2 wasp nests I did not know about too. No more spiders either. The guys are so friendly and great! Love them. Highly recommend.

I called two of the top YELP rated companies and Vast Pros knowledge and prices convinced me to use them. They are working on rodents in my walls and attic. They are very creative Iin ways to catch these persistent creatures. They have also worked with me to find lingering smells. Yesterday they opened a wall under my sink and found a dead rat. They removed it and sanitized the area. They are a down to earth family business. They are flexible and easy to work with and sincerely care about my problem. When you are having people come repeatedly into your home to check traps it’s nice to like them😊.
