It was my first time to work with ORKIN for termite of my home. I had consultation with Brian, W. He was kind, and responded to my needs, such as repair, or questions promptly. The termite cost was fair, but cost of wood , 7 pieces of wood to replace my windows and painted to match was insane. Looking at Orkin wood work and workmanship which costed me $2985.00 alone. The way Brian said seemed a lot of work for them to do, but I am not sure how good their termite job they performed. But post termite treatment, Orkin had to replaced 7 cracked tiles as result of termite work, and they fixed my closet shelve which was fallen off the wall during the treatment. Over all Brian was very attentive to my questions and concern. I learned my lesson and I will do more research, and shop around for other companies which would offer me at a reasonable price and better service in the future .

I had a good experience using Orkin. I called somewhat desperately one morning after finding a couple cockroaches inside our house. They signed me up for what I felt was a very reasonable price and were able to send a technician that afternoon! Our technician Sonny was super friendly and answered all of our questions. He sprayed around the foundation and laid bait for some outdoor cockroaches that were wandering inside. Now we wait and see how the treatment works!
