We found ourselves with rats/mice under the house and in the attic space. This was the second time. We thought it had been fixed previously, but apparently not. Everything went as described by Ilay and eventually, the company removed all our insulation in the attic space because it had become so badly contaminated, Weeks later, after assuring us and themselves that all the pests were gone, they came by and replaced the insulation in less than a day. Overall they were very clean, polite, and considerate of our house and its contents and the work crews were always on time. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the results and especially with their lifetime guarantee. They are not inexpensive, but we feel that we received value for the services rendered. They are highly recommended.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. We had rat infestation at your home for months, we tried almost everything to solve it without luck. 360 removed the insulation and seals off all access points. 2 months after we and we are still rat free! Highly recommend

We've had rat issues for 20 yrs in our attic. We'd have them exterminated but they'd always come back. Finally fed up, I searched for a specialist that could find the rat holes and proof/seal the house properly. 360 is very professional & detailed in explaining solutions and what the costs are for. Their honest opinions made us feel confident so we hired them on the spot. Jake and his guys came in and spent the whole day rat proofing the whole house, finding the main rat hole in our roof and sealing it, among other openings & vents, cleaned the rat droppings and fumigated the attic . So far, no more noises & finally feeling at ease that we won't have anymore unwanted roommates!
