Termite Terry and his team eliminated my gopher infestation. After years of taking advice from Carl Spackler and trying to DIY my way out of the gophers destroying my yard, finally my yard is gopher free. They were thorough and checked in with me frequently to update me on their progress. I will use Termite Terry for any pest control I may encounter in the future.

Terry and his team are top notch. Very good at dealing with tenants, fast call times and they always resolve the issue. Our only call for pest control!

Termite Terry was wonderful. They came out to perform a free inspection and spent an enormous amount of time with me answering my tons of questions, educating and advising me on options on how to deal with my rat problem. They were kind and thorough and even provided me some traps. I highly recommend Termite Terry to anyone!

Wouldn't use again. Was just kind of a fiasco. Initially it was great, but then issues that should have been brought up during the initial inspection were thrown at me 2 days before. I had to board up 3 large sliding door openings, 6 large windows, a side door opening. Then they made us sign a waiver the day before that they aren't responsible for broken shingles when they walk on the roof (I know they're delicate, but ended up having way more broken). There's a pool in the backyard, and they left the gates open. I don't know how they could do that. They made me board up the openings so no kids could crawl under the tent into the gas, but they left the side gates open so those same children could drown in the pool.

I was getting ready to sell my home and needed a termite inspection . I was concerned because some of my neighbors who had had inspections by other companies ended up spending a lot of money on repairs that later on we're really necessary . Termite Terry came out inspected my home and did not find one termite ! There was a little bit of dry rot it only cost me $350 to fix . No one could believe that they were as honest as they were . I referred them to another person I knew and she said the same thing what an honest group of people and the workers that come to do the checking love their jobs ! You can tell by the way they talk to you the way they're dressed just great all-around love them !!!

Unreliable. They did fumigation service on our house. Few years later termites are all over the place. Called them and scheduled another inspection - no show, or phone call to cancel or re-schedule.

These demon possessed fleas are dead. OK, here's the dealio... For the first time ever, our front yard had been taken over by fleas. Not just any fleas mind you, demon possessed fleas. One day, completely out of the blue, I walked out to my car and found my legs were covered in fleas. The front door is no more than 15 feet to my car, but there I was, with 15 fleas on my legs. Typically, I'm the guy the bugs leave alone. I guess it's my manlyness, but they pretty much leave me alone. Not these demonic creatures. If I ran from my front door to the trash can to drop off trash, I might only get 8 fleas on my legs. What were they doing? Waiting by the door for a human to leave? My 18month old and my 4 year old... fogetabout it... They didn't stand a chance... The weirdest part is that I do have dogs, but they didn't have any fleas. In fact, everywhere my dogs go was flea-less. I bought the stuff from the store to spray everything down... I'm pretty sure they took that as a declaration of war. My flea problem increased (I was about to call the Governor - I know a guy who knows a guy- to get the National Guard over here), but then I remember Termite Terry. After talking to Terry, we came to the conclusion that my recent raccoon guest, that we had just had evicted (that's another story for another vendor) must have gotten mad, came back, done a voodoo spell and cast off his demonic flea warriors in front of my house. Anyway, long story short, Terry had his guy come out. He did whatever needed to be done and within a week (the lifecycle of fleas can be weeks or even months), these demon fleas were sent back to hell where they belong. Love these guys.

I have known Terry for about five years now; and have used Termite Terry's services in very difficult circumstances. I can say that Terry and his team are very careful and methodical; and spend a lot of time explaining what they are doing; why they are doing; what needs to be done; and why. What is most important is that if something needs to be done that is outside the scope of their expertise, they tell you so -- and then are more than happy to get you to someone who can help you. If you are thinking about buying a home and need a great pest inspector, always insist on Termite Terry!

Terry is the guy to call when termites are eating your home. He took care of my home, no more termites, saved me from what could have been a real mess from them. He is very reasonable, and would call him back for his services again. A++++

I am in the process of selling my house and I needed to have it inspected for termites. I called Termite Terry Pest Control after they were recommended to me by a friend. The following day a termite inspector came out and gave my house a complete detailed inspection. The next day I quickly received a report by email, stating that my house was free of any termites.

I had my house tented for termites a few weeks ago. The inspection was excellent and they took the time to really examine my home. The day of the fume they were on time and did a fantastic job. They are so thorough. When I returned home, the tent was off and I could go in the house. We walked in the kitchen and realized we had left our spices in the cupboard and did not bag them. BUT - The Termite Terry Crew did it for us! I also left my cream in the fridge. When I opened up the fridge to put our groceries away, the cream had been bagged as well. How very thoughtful of them to take care of the things we forgot. I recommend them 150%. Thank you Termite Terry Crew - Terry, Erik and Cameron for taking such GREAT care of us!!

I love that they are so complete in their service. Terry's crew did not damage a single roof tile on my house and all the termites are gone. He also took care of the rat problem last year. I am tired of hiring the cheapest service I can find. I find it much better to hire a quality company like termite terry and get the job done right the first time. and his prices are very competitive.
