Great service and work on my luxury home. Beat the competitor’s pricing!

I had a fumigation service done at my home and it was not a good experience. The company West Guard contracts is called Bloomington Fumigation and they are the worst. The ladies at West Guard were great. But after the fumigation we found that one of the commercial fans in the house was stolen which was worth about $200. I called the West Guard office to let them know the Bloomington fumigation company took it, said they would get back to me and I never heard back. Then, we find out our AC isn’t working. We find out the fan and motor are completely broken. We asked the guy that services our pool if he saw any thing and it turns out when they were taking down the tent, they dropped a big piece of equipment from the roof and it landed IN our AC. WHAT?! No one ever informed us of it. They tired to cover it up by trying to make everything look normal. Now the repair is costing about $1,400 to repair. We’re very disappointed and won’t be fumigated with this company anymore.

This company is a typical bait and switch. They were recommended by our real estate agent and so many other agents seem to recommend them but I see few home owners who have actually used their services leave a review. So the inspection seemed fine then when it came time to do work is when it all went down hill. They took days longer especially because they messed up our door frame so it wouldn’t close, lost are ADT alarm and tried to get us to buy one off Amazon (which wouldn’t have worked) and their guys did a terrible job with all construction aspects. But the worst part is our home still had lots of termites. They should of recommended tenting and they should just stick to termite control and leave construction work to companies who know what they are doing. Please don’t let the real estate agent reviews who surely get incentived to persuade you.
