The technician was great, professional & courteous.

Service was provided in the morning and I walked the perimeter of the house that same night with a flashlight and discovered 3 large black widow spiders at each of the three garage doors. I plan to walk around the property tonight and see if there are any additional spiders or bugs. I’m not impressed with the service at this time.

I’ve been with Aptive for a while and I’m really happy with the service. I used to have problems with hornets and ants, especially during the summer, and thankfully I don’t have to deal with them anymore. It gives me peace of mind knowing my home is being treated regularly and I’m not constantly seeing bugs around the house. Definitely worth it for me!

A gentleman did a good job of servicing the house, although he knocked on the door and left almost immediately to start work and I came to the door and nobody who was there so I had to talk to him on his phone

Tommy the technician let me know when he was on the way so i was able to get my dogs inside before he serviced the house. When he arrived, I let him know the issues that I was having with ants. This morning we did not see any ants in the house.

So far our experience has been great. Dillan was polite and helpful during the entire sign up. The first tech visit for treatment was excellent. The tech politely explained all he planned to do for the visit. He thoroughly inspected and terminated any findings around all the exterior. Our tech in particular, eliminated a couple different of wasp nests and kindly moved all my dogs toys out of the way in the backyard.

Technician came within the window time and texted 20m before arrival, he explained what he would be doing and covered all the areas that needed to be treated and hanged 2 mosquitoes trappers. He was professional and locked the gate before leaving.

I was fully satisfied with the the technician that performed the work. However the application was not addressing the issues that we agreed upon when the sales guy set us up for the service. He sprayed for ants and spiders, The technician told me that the service was not set up for mosquitoes, our number one problem, and I dont belive the service will address the white flies and fungus discussed when we agreed upon the service .. we need further discussion before the next service or I will be canceling. The ants, white flies, mosquitoes no change.
