Great, professional Company and their customer service is remarkable. They sent their Technician Jeff who is very knowledgeable in his field and he is also kind and considerate. He patiently listened to my questions about animal care and worked with me accordingly. I would highly recommend Orange Coast!

I see I'm not the only one complaining about a contract we didn't sign and that was never mentioned to us when we signed up for the one-time service! "I see it in the comments." So, people, be careful with this company ⚠️ and the service is terrible, it only makes things worse.

No customer service whatsoever. I paid for service at home I didn't live at for almost over a year. I was unable to update my account online or reach anyone or get a call back when I would leave messages. I hope you were still able to service the address, the actual homeowner was interested.

After the first service, there were lots of ants go to my house. I asked to cancel service, then they told me need to charge me $100. The sales never told me this before, he told me I can cancel anytime I want.

On time, thorough, and on the rare occasion I needed a call-back, done in a timely manner with no complaint.

It is been raining all night long started yesterday afternoon they still came and sprayed and left me a bill today for $99 no possible way the spray could work with this much water can’t wait till this contract is fulfilled One more time and I will be done can’t be soon enough been a nightmare since day one find someone more reputable what a waste of money if by chance someone does answer the phone they act as if they’ve done nothing wrong wow poor customer service just wasting my time and my hard-earned money
