Update 18 July 2025: Disappointing the handling in the process of how Homeshield could not inform me over the phone, even after Emailing them and providing a video of the bees going into the side of the roof prior to the tech coming out. Because prior to requesting them to come out and do an inspection, the operator over the phone touch bases with the management and they could not provide me a quote for this job, even after looking at this video.
