Updated review... Michael came to our home yesterday to "rodent proof" the property. In the past, we used a large corporate pest control company, but they were never able to get our rat problem under control. Michael took his time and found numerous openings the other company had completely missed. I also can't say enough good things about Julia in the office---she provides outstanding customer service and is always incredibly helpful. If you're dealing with rodents, I highly recommend choosing a small, privately owned business like Rodent Proof. Michael takes far more pride in his work than any large corporation we've worked with. Michael was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Having rats in our attic has been very stressful, but he really put us at ease and reassured us that Rodent Proof will handle the problem.

I highly recommend Rodent Proof with Michael and Julia. From start to finish, they were thorough, honest, and incredibly helpful. Julia answered the phone right away to explain the process and helped us schedule an inspection without any pressure. Michael arrived on time and immediately got to work inspecting every part of our home. He found multiple rodent entry points, including alcoves leading into the attic, gaps near the roofline, holes near the chimney, entries by the condenser, and openings around the exterior where birds could nest then cleared out the bird mites. He sealed every single one of those areas with professional grade materials to prevent rats returning. He also took care of bird nesting areas where leaves and debris were collecting, which was creating a mess around our property. In the attic, Michael set several traps to catch any rats that might still be inside. A few days later, one of the traps caught a rat. Overall Michael spent hours making sure our home was truly rodent proofed. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing, Michael and Julia are it. Five stars all the way.

I’ll say it once I’ll say it twice This company is scamming the elderly and charging overpriced. They scammed my neighbor for $500 to pick up 1 dead rat in her kitchen. Horrible service Horrible company

I was referred to RodentProof by another rodent company who said they’d be a better fit for us—and they were absolutely right. Julia answered the phone right away and was super helpful and kind from the start. She was very open and honest about their process and pricing, letting me know their services typically start around $1,200. But what really stood out was that she made sure I understood all my options, even if I didn’t end up going with them. She suggested looking for a local handyman on OfferUp or Facebook Marketplace if their service didn’t fit our budget, and she explained exactly what needed to be done: sealing holes, setting traps, and cleaning up droppings. She also gave me helpful insight into how the rodents could be getting into our second story—like climbing vines or using gutters—and helped me feel more reassured about the situation. What I really appreciate is that even though we might not be their customer, Julia still took the time to help and guide us. That says a lot about their integrity. Businesses like this really leave a lasting positive impression because they care more about helping people than just making a quick buck. It also opened my eyes to be cautious of companies that might try to take advantage or upsell just to make money. Five stars all the way for RodentProof and Julia—thank you for being so genuine and helpful!

If pests had a Most Wanted list, Brandon would be on it. This man rolled up to my house like the Terminator for bugs calm, cool, and absolutely terrifying… if you’re an ant. He found pests I didn’t even know I had. At one point, I’m pretty sure he spoke directly to a spider and told it to get out and it listened. Professional, friendly, and armed with enough pest knowledge to qualify for a PhD in Bug Exorcism. My house is now a no fly, no-crawl zone. Ask for Brandon. The bugs already know his name

Absolutely five stars for Brandon! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure to treat both inside and outside the home. We were dealing with a frustrating ant and spider problem, and he handled it with care and expertise. I appreciated how respectful he was of our space and how efficiently he worked. Since his visit, we’ve noticed a huge improvement. those unwanted guests are gone! Highly recommend Brandon for anyone needing reliable pest control.

I appreciated how professional and friendly he was and reminded me when it was safe to go back to my apartment. I've been dealing with tons of spiders and ants this past month and didn't know what to do. I have been calling around for quotes and they were too pricey for my budget. I was out walking my dog and noticed a rodent proof vehicle passing by. I flagged down the driver and asked him about the services they do. He explained thoroughly what is done. I asked him if he had time to spray my house later today. He said that he had an opening today and could do it at that very moment if I had time. I ended up meeting him at my house. Brandon, did an OUTSTANDING job by cleaning the cobwebs and making sure he got in to every nook and cranny. He is a very kind and efficient gentleman. I will for sure be calling him back and recommending this company!

I had an excellent experience working with Rodent Proof. Brandon, Michael, and Julia were all helpful, knowledgable, communicative, and on time for all appointments. Pricing was very fair compared to other estimates I received. Brandon did a thorough job sealing up my house to prevent new rats from entering, and thankfully I haven't had any more. I also opted for the attic cleaning and sanitizing package. I am grateful to their team and would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a rodent issue.

I have a rodent problem outside of my home. Michael was friendly and professional. He spent about 20 minutes with me and explained the best way to address the issue and recommended products. As I live in Temecula and it is long way from Corona, he believed that these initial steps would be easy on my own and would save me from paying for his service. He offered to assist me anytime over the phone if I needed anything. He said that if my initial efforts did not resolve the problem or they were to get into my home, he would be happy to come back out to help. I followed his instructions and we will see how it goes. I did call Michael back for some additional information and he was helpful again. Greatly appreciate his recommendations and will certainly call him back should this become more than I can deal with.

Awesome business. Price is super fair. We had a roach problem and called these guys. Michael was friendly and was able to schedule us in the same week we called. This company is awesome ! They did a great job breaking down the process they were gonna use to exterminate my pest problem. They were super patient with me.Totally worth the price. I had another company visit a few months ago who supposedly exterminated my problem :/ but unfortunately didn’t !! Shout out to rodent proof these guys are the real cats. Meow! Bye bye rats 🫴🏿

I'd give michael 10 stars if I could, he's very professional and thorough. He dusts away webs from the property and always ask if there have been any problems since the last visit. My service is always done by Michael who is very personable and always happy
